Poor customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered the Arc with Best Buy and paid to have it delivered and setup. Also purchased a Samsung TV around the same time. The 1 star rating is for Best Buy customer service. The delivery and installation for the TV and Sonos Arc was cancelled 5 times. Each time it was cancelled the night before they were to deliver and install. I was promised monetary compensation for the inconvenience, probably in form of a gift card. After delivery they never contacted me about it. I stopped at the Mooresville Best Buy and spoke to the manager. He was going to check into it and call me later that day. He never called. Best Buy has a major problem with following through on their promises to customers. I will not purchase a product from Best Buy. I will purchase from a big box discount store and use a handy man to help with installation.
