Excellent product.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound, sounds like a much bigger system. Bass isn't unbelievable, but it's fine, I don't plan on adding a sub because of a bedroom right above, and I don't really miss it. Also very easy to use, and access through voice is nice.

Sonos Arc
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good. I haven’t had it too long but seems to be everything it’s cracked up to be. I have a Sonos Move and a Sonos Beam in addition to the Arc in other rooms and they all work great and provide excellent multi-room music capability. The Sonos app is great, The Arc sounds fantastic - fills the whole room with crystal clear sound and set up was a breeze. The TV sound is superb and Movies and Shows broadcast in Dolby Atmos sound awesome. Follow the Sonos instructions on connecting to the Television’s EARC HDMI port. Makes set up a breeze and sound superb. Again - so far so good and highly recommend. Pricey but excellent.

Good on its own. GREAT with the subwoofer!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Packs quite the sonic punch for its size. Syncs up beautifully with the Subwoofer and SL speakers. Definitely recommend getting the subwoofer although the Arc's base by itself is commendable. But getting the subwoofer allows the Arc to handle the mid and high ranges even better IMHO. Thinking for smaller rooms or apartments, the Arc by itself is adequate. For bigger rooms, definitely get the subwoofer and satellites. Overall, very pleased with this purchase for performance and ease of use.

Sonos Arc review
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do a lot of research when Im going to spend $800 on a sound-bar. I bought two of them. They sound incredible. I purchased the ARCs for the ATMOS technology. One of them I hooked up to my 2019 Samsung TV. The other to my 2020 LG. Because my LG has an eARC there is a lot more available on Netflix and Disney + that comes through via ATMOS. There is no Samsung TV that is ATMOS compatible. It's Dolby Digital + compatible but even then, it's very rare that you'll get more than a 5.1 dolby digital sound via Netflix or Disney +. On my Samsung TV, when I rent a movie on VUDU it will come through via ATMOS. But on Netflix, Disney + or any other app, everything comes through in 5.1 dolly digital. On my LG TV I can stream those same movies on Netflix or Disney + and they come through via ATMOS. If you're buying the ARC for ATMOS technology you will be far more limited if you're streaming Netflix and Disney + through a TV without e-ARC. Either way, its a very nice sounding sound-bar.

Much better than expected
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We paired the Sonos Arc with our wall mounted 75 inches TCL Series 8, TV and it really raises our TV experience to a whole new level of enjoyment. Besides the spectacular sound quality, what separates Sonos from all other sound bars is how simple it is to setup. No other manufacturer provides the ease and simplicity of setup and yet delivers such outstanding sound quality. I really look forward to adding the Sonos Gen 3 sub woofer and Sonos One SL satellite speakers to the mix to deliver a totally immersive next level surround sound experience. The Arc is definitely worth the money and would recommend to anyone who is on the fence in considering purchasing. I can tell you that you won't suffer from experiencing any buyer remorse in your decision to get it.

Good sound crazy price.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound os great. Ease of use is awsome. Still unsure about the value. Thw price is insane and now i want the sub to go with it and its just as expensive as the bar. If you can afford to waste the money it works well and is easy to use. Kinda like the Apple of audio.

Excellent soundbar
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can not write a review that matches the well written tech reviews. All I can say is you won't be disappointed. There are better Soundbars but it will be a hit on the wallet. This soundbar is not a compromise. My biggest complaint is with the cord. I have read it is a bit loose. That is an understatement. It will not stay connected. I used electrical tape to tighten it. I still have problems on occasion. A premium product should not have such a trivial issue.

A very nice soundbar.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After owning for a month or so, I am still very happy with the purchase and would probably buy again. I bought the soundbar alone at first to see how it sounded in the room without a sub. I was somewhat disappointed initially as it sounded quite thin, but I pretty much expected this would be the case as the room is large with a high ceiling. I also probably over-hyped myself as to what it would sound like. After all it is a soundbar and one should expect a bit of form over function in that regard. That being said, it does sound very nice. One of the first things I noticed is how clear and "wide" the voices were on the TV, which was always an issue with my last soundbar. My dogs were doing the confused head tilt for the first week as it really sounds like voices are coming from different areas of the room. I'm not much of a movie watcher but the Atmos functionality sounds pretty cool I guess. Everything sounds clear, music sounds great on it and I appreciate the night mode function in the app. I sort of wish there were more preset EQ settings but not a big deal. Once I added the sub I was extremely impressed. I plan to eventually get two satellites but haven't really felt like they were necessary so far. Probably my major disappointment is there is no way to do the room calibration without an apple device. Come on, for this price figure out something else - sell a standalone mic, certify the newest/most popular android devices or something. That seems like a huge piece of functionality to miss out on. For that I lowered my ease of use score, but it would be an easy 5 points there otherwise. I also don't love that I have to use the Sonos app to listen to something like Amazon Music but I can deal. The price could use to be about $100 less imo to feel like a great value.

Superb sound for movies!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to go with 5 stars but I do have some cons, Let me start with the good! For cinema quality and theatre sound this sound bar has it! It is superb and legit and most definitely why I give it 5 stars, super simple to set up and I would say to most this sound bar alone would suffice, however to me, I need to add the sub and the surround speakers cause I NEED More power! The wireless features are nice and amazon Alexa is a nice touch. The bad, for some odd reason when you play music through the sound bar it is not great, it’s just okay, I’ve read reviewers say that when you add the sub the music pops so I will have to wait and see. There are no EQ settings, it’s very bare bones worth a night mode feature and a speech enhancement feature. However it seems to know exactly what to do for superior sound quality though, the price point is high but if you want top tier, I believe this is it! Pick it up if you love movies and want the cinema quality sound in your home!

Awesome sound
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the best investments made. Movies, games, music and overall tv programs sound awesome. By itself, sound improvement is great. Bass is awesome for just a soundbar. Speech improvement can be better since sometimes volume must be high to appreciate the dialogue (also the effects and music can take over dialogue sometimes). This might be something that can be adjusted using the Sonos app. Easy to setup theough the app. Having just the sound bar is quite a good upgrade. Now, for Dolby Atmos content (having the sound bar, a bass and surround speakers), there seems to be an issue where sound gets interrupted for like a second and comes back. This is something that might be an issue of Sonos with certain platforms. It is not bad, but noticeable. Apart from that, a very good soundbar. Highly recommended it.

Bret Hart Good
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I listened to the Arc in store, I swear I heard a bird fly past my ear. At that point, I was sold. I paired it with the Sony Bravia OLED and have been enjoying it ever since. The sound stage is wonderful assuming the content makes good use of Dolby Atmos. I haven’t connected anything for Bluetooth music, but I have played music through apps on the TV. Of course it sounds better than standard stereo, loud and robust. All around, it’s a great soundbar. Though the price is a little steep, i have not been disappointed. Best there is, best there was, best there ever will be. -Bret Hart

Works Well for Me
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Am I sure it's worth the price? No, I'm not sure. But, It was easy to setup, not a lot of wires, and it looks cool. Bigger than I thought though. I would say that sonos can do a lot with wireless speaker stuff, but I kind of feel with google assistant or/and amazon echo it seems like the sonos tools aren't as useful. The auto tuning app thing, I think "Trueplay", worked pretty good. It did make a difference. I did feel a little silly waving my ipad around the room. I went from a crappy $150 soundbar to this and from 20' away across the room, voice is clear and easy to hear. For my old soundbar I would need to raise the volume high and still read the subtitles. The sound is crisp and I don't have to keep switching between modes I don't understand. So, I can't say that I can compare to other good soundbars because mine was not good, but it has made a huge difference for me.

Sonos Arc - no regrets with this purchase
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son had told me about the Sonos arc and mentioned how good it sounded. I currently had a low end sound bar and had difficulty hearing the voices. I also watched a couple of helpful youtube videos also comparing against other speaker systems. While the Sonos Arc sounds great, I especially like the ease of use and works with other Sonos speakers. I was angry when Sonos obsoleted the old speakers, but still ended up relenting when considering the ease of use. My kids bought me the sonos Move for Christmas and I can pair for playing music through the sonos app. I also just purchased two Sonos one SL speakers which are on their way. I heard these really help create full sound. I'm holding off on the sonos subwoofer for two reasons: 1) its $800 and 2) I'm in an apt and neighbors might get upset with base thumping. All-in-all, while I like great sound, I'm not an audiophile and opt for no wires and ease of use.

Sonos Arc soundbar.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to the Best Buy store to look at soundbars. The quality of this product is much better than a soundbar I had purchased years ago. I eventually purchased the Sonos Arc soundbar to accent a Sony OLED TV. Sound is perfect. I like the ability to add to the system in the future. Best Buy associates are very up to date on the differences between each of the products and were very helpful in this purchase. Size is perfect and the balance between the speakers is right on. Sonos did a great job with this product. Oh, and I think it looks great mounted under the TV.

Best of the Best DOLBY ATMOS SOUNDBAR!!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Dolby Atmos soundbar especially paired with the sonos ones ( Gen 2) for the rears and Sub (Gen3)on the market today. The quality/sound of this product blows other competitors away. Recently had the Samsung 990B soundbar 11.1.4 ch set up and the thing is garbage “RETURNED”. Samsung produces a New soundbar every year and the sonos still has better quality/sound w/the dolby atmos sounding “INCREDIBLE “Don’t forget Sonos is a speaker/sound company they take pride on just that. Ps. Samsung is junk always have disconnecting issues with the soundbar, rears & subwoofer. Explains the significant price dropping . Take it from from me who loves movies and sports “Get The Sonos”.

Sonos Arc premium sound quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great addition for a home theater. Sonos Arc sounds great by itself and even better paired with surround speakers. The Arc fills up the room. It gets pretty low on the bass so I might not need a sub for now. The app makes it easy to set up and use. It supports digital dolby plus but not dtx. That’s the only downside. It’s the best looking sound bar and premium quality. It’s not always in stock and the color choice is limited to black. It’s expensive for a sound bar but worth it. No need to buy all the surround pieces at once. You can easily add speakers later.

Excellent, Clear Sound
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this as an upgrade to an older Sony soundbar I had been using for years. Immediately realized what I was missing out on. Sound is so much clearer and crisper. Dialog is easy to understand, even at extreme low or high settings. The companion app is great for turning on the Night and/or Dialog modes to dampen the loud background and bring forth the dialog for late night viewing when you don't want to wake up the kids. You can hear the bass with just the soundbar, though I will probably expand this with the Sonos bass in the near future, as well as, some surround speakers. However, the soundbar alone is plenty enough, especially for a small room.
