First, BestBuy and Magnolia teams are great. In regards to Sonos/Arc - the product is solid and easy to setup and use, however -- beware that their customer support is so poor that it must be part of your overall buying decision. Be prepared for 2+ hour phone waits, 2 week waits on email replies or just overall being completely ignored. I have full Sonos systems in 2 homes and would likely not further invest in the platform due to the support experience being so difficult and miserable. Can't even emphasize enough how incredibly poor they are - not sustainable.

Excellent sound and performance when playing music. Sound performance drops when watching movies - even at 4k.

Although the tech was very nice i feel that i wasn't given enough time to insure that i understood how to operate the equipment. I still don't know how to play just music without the tv. As far as the system, i am not fully satisfied because i wanted something that played music as well as the surround sound. There is a distinctive difference.

I am not sure if the Arc can adjust the tv dialog sync as well as the Playbar

Victor Perez will be recommended by me to anyone who wants a great surround sound system in their home. He went above and beyond to fit me in cause I thought something happened and I will be using him again when I start my back yard system. Excellent employee!!!

Sounds great even at a low volume which is impressive for a soundbar. Bass is good even without the subwoofer

It’s not your best bet, whether by price or quality... but the convenience and the ease of use is unparalleled.

Great sound and easy to install. However, you will probably still need subwoofer and other speakers to compliment it.

A must have sound bar. Easy to use and simple process to pair additional speakers for true surround sound.
