It is a great sound bar. I would definitely recommend adding a sub and two Sonos one SLs to get the best experience.

Sounds great in big open rooms. Sound decent in smaller ones. Defibatly need the subwoofer with it

Hear crackling noise occasionally not sure what the problem is. I bought a open box item, so chances are defective and that could be the reason it might have returned initially by other buyer. Other than that weird noise it's pretty easy to set-up. I'm going to return.

Overall better than my Bose. App is also helpful in setup

It’s pretty good. Don’t think it’s worth almost 1k but definitely not bad.

The Geek Squad did a professional, competent of setting up our equipment. This is a welcome improvement over the contractors that Best Buy sends out sometimes.

When the soundbar is on, it works great. We've experience 3 episodes when we turn on the TV and it doesn't turn on and we've only owned it for 30 days. The system doesn't come with a manual & the website doesn't have a good troubleshooting guide, so we have to call the Best Buy audio department directly. And their suggestion is to go to Utube videos. I've done that and they suggest to de-install, but since the technicians did the install, it makes me uncomfortable to do it. I'm likely going to have to have a person come out, sure hope I don't have to pay for it.

Easy setup. App has improved and now shows which surround sound is being delivered.

A great sound bar but a little underwhelming if you do not have a tv that supports Dolby Atmos.

This soundbar is amazing. I also bought the Gen3 subwoofer with this. Had them up and running in no time. The sound is clear and has greatly improved my tv viewing over my previous Samsung soundbar and subwoofer. After a week of listening to this amazing system, I went out and bought two One SLs for the rears. This only increases the experience for the better. You can use the Sonos app to set your soundstage and it does make a difference.

Amazing value on sale. Paired it with the sub mini and loved it. Speech audio could be better though.

I truly love this sound bar. Especially because I can add to it later with additional speakers for our house. I didn’t know that there was an app that allows me to control aspects of the sound bar.

Sonos lives up to its expectations sound quality wise. The app however needs major improvements.

I bought the arc and the beam and while I am no expert in sound quality, I just didn't see enough of a difference to spend the extra money on the arc. Using the beam and two Play One's for surround sound feels like a better strategy.

Sounds good. Easy to hook up. Wish there were extra hdmi ports to plug in video game console and such.
