Excellent quality, i expected a little more of surround sound to come out if it.

It sounded good when it worked, but I couldn't keep it on. It was intermittently blanking out for several seconds up to a minute and was often out of sync with the TV. After an hour with the help desk, their idea was to unplug the Bluray player. Looking on line, there were suggestions to change settings for different listening options, like one for regular TV and another for streaming and another for DVD players. Too much work and not reliable. It might have been our new TV, but I couldn't get it to work and returned it.

Nice sound system that does it all but it comes at a price.

Wasn't sure if I wanted to spend that much on a Sonos system but glad I did!

Love everything about Sonos; you simply cannot go wrong with their products!

I got this for my son and he loves it! His favorite feature is the voice performance in movies which is now clear as a bell. Before he had to turn the volume up to hear voice. I’m going to get another for myself shortly.

Great design but need a tv with earc to use its full potential

It's fine, but I am an old school 5.1 high end stereo guy. OK, so if you're looking for Sound Bar quality, I'm sure you'll be happy. But if you looking for Theater Sound that blows you away, not gonna happen. A little pricey for what you get. Then the Alexa link is very disappointing. Seems to be a one way connection for me. Alexa doesn't play in sync with the sound bar, it's one or the other. In the end, maybe buy the $700 Bose or Yamaha if you must have a sound bar. I'd highly recommend investing this money in a real receiver and higher end surround speaker system. Then you will have a system for a lifetime.

The quality of the sound for a wireless speaker is comparable to our Harmon Kardon system. My biggest problem with the system is that it is only configurable with their app, and the app is absolutely horrid. For the money spent on the product there should be a much better app or better software to manage the system. It also does not integrate well with home automation software. There are other buggy things that frustrate me about the system, such as if you have a power loss or wifi loss you have to reconfigure all the satellite speakers. It's time consuming and just takes away from the overall joy of a good audio experience. In hindsight I definitely wish I'd just invested in a tried and true wired system. I can only hope that they'll eventually improve their app.

Absolutely amazing sound. Simple set up and tuning. Very highly recommended

James knew his job and performed our installation in a timely manner. He readjusted our universal remote and got everything coordinated and working well. He set up our Sonos speakers to work with the sound bar.

The technicians that came out were very friendly and helpful in reprograming my Sonos sound system. System is working good now. Only negative comments, it takes weeks to get appointments scheduled.

I had a Beam 2 which worked well, but the Arc presents a much wider sound stage.

The Sonos sound system melded perfectly into our existing speaker and audio/visual system. The wireless apps give us more efficient control over the entire array of speakers in all our rooms and the outdoor porch and patio.

Sonos Arc, great sound in a simple package. Works great with our new TV.
