Amazing sound quality
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The setup was easy and done complete in the sonos app. Once i set it up my tv remote took control for the volume which is extremely handy. Tested it out with call of duty and the soundbar paired with 2 sonos one speakers for surround sound made for a crazy experience. Would definitely recommend

Order screw up
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The item I ordered is great, however when I ordered it I accidentally ordered two of the same item. I went to the store (I could not reach them by phone) to cancel one of them and found out a week later they canceled BOTH! I reordered it and finally received it after waiting another week.

Sonos Arc
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After professional instal by Geek Squad, the unit stopped working in just 2 days. The second unit has been working fine since installation but sound quality is at best average, and not much better than TV's speakers.

Good speakers. Hands down, worst App., worser ex.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound, I really want to like them, but App makes them unusable and a huge point of frustration. I purchased the arc, sub, and 300’s (rear) and they sounded really good. Unfortunately the App released months ago causes them to constantly loose connection. It takes hours to return to factory reset, reinstall app, pair, trouble shoot. They never connect the first time and calling tech support adds another hour to your user experience. Pass and consider the alternatives - I wish I did.

Posted .I’m truly sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced with your Sonos Arc setup. I understand how disheartening it can be to invest in a system that should bring joy and instead find yourself spending countless hours troubleshooting. It’s especially tough when you’re excited to enjoy your new audio setup, only to be met with connectivity issues that disrupt the experience.
To help you get things back on track, here are some steps you can try:
Update the Sonos App and Devices: Sometimes, the root of these problems lies in outdated software. Please ensure that both your Sonos app and all connected devices are running the latest updates, as these often contain important bug fixes.
Reboot Your Network and Devices: I recommend restarting your router, along with the Arc, Sub, and Era 300 speakers. Unplug each device for about 30 seconds, then plug them back in. This can often help re-establish stable connections.
Optimize Your Wi-Fi Network: If your Wi-Fi is struggling with multiple devices, try connecting your Arc directly to the router using an Ethernet cable. This can help reduce wireless interference. Additionally, you might consider moving your router to a more central location or ensuring fewer devices are connected to your network.
Factory Reset as a Last Resort: If nothing else works, performing a factory reset on the Arc, Sub, and Era 300 speakers might help. Please be aware that this will erase all settings, requiring you to set everything up again from scratch.
Contact Sonos Support: If you’re still encountering issues, reaching out to Sonos support might provide some relief. I know it’s frustrating to spend time on the phone or in chat, but sometimes they can offer solutions that aren't available through the app alone. If you decide to reach out we can be contacted at support.sonos.com
I genuinely hope these steps help resolve the issues you’ve been facing. You deserve to enjoy the incredible sound quality that Sonos is known for without the added stress, and we are here to support you in getting everything working smoothly again.

Bad value for the price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very average soundbar. Got this and the subwoofer 4. Subwoofer was the saving grace. However I ended up returning for the Samsung 990D which blows me away.

Not as advertised
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not as advertised. Sound is good but the app is frustrating to say the least. The geek squad couldn’t get the app to recognize the system. Had to call Sonos customer support. An hour later, the got it to connect. All good for about an hour then the app lost the connection so had to redo the set up process. It connects, then looses the connections. Close the app and then it comes back. A few hours later, nothing. It’s random. Also, cant get Apple Music app to load sync with Sonos app.

Tried hard to like it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really excited when I purchased Sonos arc, and I really tried hard to like it. It is not bad, but for $1500 (sound bar + sub), it is not worth the price. I tested a bose 700 sound bar and as soon as I heard it, I returned the Sonos arc that evening itself, as the Bose 700 sound bar has much better sound quality. I tried the Sonos arc for 2 weeks before I returned it.

AMAZing
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love the look and how sleek the product is. I bought the wall mount kit which looks amazing in my wall. The sound quality is on another level and I love how I can keep adding to the kit wirelessly when im ready. For now this bar and subwoofer is more than enough

Poor Connection Quality
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the Sonos Arc to go with my Samsung QLED 75" tv. After one day of using it, the soundbar cuts out out every few seconds. I did a reboot and worked fine, but the next day it did the same thing. It appears this is an ongoing problem with this soundbar, according to the Sonos Community support page. After paying $799 for it, you would think you wouldn't have any issues like this. Please check out the Sonos Community Support page before deciding on purchasing this sound bar. Here it is:https://en.community.sonos.com/home-theater-228993/arc-tv-sound-cuts-in-and-out-6842963?postid=16480545#post16480545

Posted .Hi, and thank you for your review. The update to this problem to fix it should be out at this point and available to download through Samsung's website! We are specifically aware of an issue with many Samsung Tv's not passing audio correctly through the eARC port. We would recommend starting with that TV firmware update. If you are still having issues after that, then we would be happy to assist you at sonos.com/suppport. Thank you very much for your review and making this issue know! :)
