The sound is good, the app (and only way to operate the system) is GARBAGE. No connectivity - best to stay signed out of the app, otherwise when your phone uses any other wifi during the day, the Sonos will force you to redo the setup process. And... to compound matters... If you add a non-Sonos products, the problems with the app become exaggerated, as trying to add Bluetooth Klipsch speakers/ sub has been a no go thus far

The best speaker on the market! I was a Bose guy but not anymore. The Sonos Arc speaker blew Bose out of the water. Not even close. The sound when watching a movie is unbelievable. Worth every penny. Easy to set up with my TCL 65 mini QLED tv.

We like the product very much and think it will be a nice addition to our tv.

Best home theater system ever, well worth the price.

The worst product to connect. And the customer service is also poor. The when pairing with my tv set LG 2023. It would go silent inbthe middle of a movie and we would have to unplug it and plug it back in and that would take 5 minutes to do. And it will do that several times during the movie. No fun I may as well catch commercial ads. When call for support they would blame the cable company.

I purchased a bunch of Sonos hardware including this arc, move, playbar, beam, etc. To make most of your Sonos products, you need Sonos app. And company has done pathetic job with the app. Don't buy anything from this company. A company of this size, and such big fan base doesn't care about its users. Their recent app update (from early May 24) took away so many basic features and took users to the stone age of music playing. And no apologies or rollback. Making statements like we are aware of the missing features and are adding them back in the near future. What kind of software management is that from big international company? Treating customers as guinea pigs? They could have done proper beta testing and not rolled out new app update unless the new update was at par with the existing update in terms of feature list. Not having a robust app makes the hardware useless and all the money that folks invested in the hardware makes it difficult to jump ships. Warning to folks interested in buying new Sonos products - don't. Look at the Android app review, went from 5 star to 2 star in less than 2 weeks, and won't be surprised if it is 1 star in next 2 weeks.

Good sound for a sound bar. Mid range is weak and if listening for real music not recommended. For home movies it is ok. Mh arc is having issues disconnecting from tv. May need to return.

What a difference, I should have upgraded to the Sonos system years ago!

Love the sound. Had the klipsch floor standing soeakers with an amp before. This literally saves the soace and the sound is just amazing when paired with the sub. Easy assembly. Would recommend the sanus mount for this to mount with the tv.

The Arc is impressive but does have flaws. Mainly, the sound will cut out from time to time. The Sonos website has many threads with people having the same issue. This is a known problem for both the beam and Arc. Hopefully, a fix is coming out soon.

I was hesitant to buy because of the price point but I’m glad I took the plunge. Definitely worth the cost.

These speakers are great but just a warning if you're planning on buying these now. (May 31, 2024) The new app update that they call version 80 has removed quite a few features that were available in the previous versions. For me the removal of queue management and local music library access are on top of the list. These are now gone. Check out the Sonos forums and you'll find that a lot of users are having problems and are not happy. If you read the latest reviews of their Android and iPhone apps you will see they are mostly 1 or 2 stars. Most users are also reporting that it is now very laggy and can't even find their speakers. The problem is that when you update to the latest version you're stuck with it and can't go back to the previous one - at least on iOS. With Sonos system the app is needed to setup or add new speakers. So you will be now stuck with a system that is not as good as they used to be capable of. I don't know who at Sonos approved this app to be released. It is obviously an unfinished beta version. It seems like they had to release it to meet a certain deadline. Did not even consider that many users will be negatively affected. I don't know how long they can fix these issues but I would not recommend purchasing these speakers for now.
