Impressive all in one Soundbar

Got this as an open box and overall performance is good. However, there seems to be an issue with certain low frequency scences or music (under water scenes). Planning to check for few more days and decide.

who is the best? Sonos or Bose

Disappointing metallic sound

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After using the Arc for about three months, I am sorry and frustrated to report that, despite countless attempts to get it properly tuned, it has been disappointing. As has been widely documented on Sonos forums and elsewhere, many of us are having consistent and persistent problems with voices that sound thin, shrill, harsh, tinny, and metallic. This is especially true with many women's voices. A recent software update has extended the problem to some men's voices as well. The sound often lacks warmth, depth and balance, sounding as if the low and high ends are being boosted at the expense of the midrange. Under certain circumstances it sounds very good, but invariably a character appears on screen whose voice pitch produces a shrill metallic sound that goes up the spine like fingernails on a chalkboard, making for a very unpleasant listening experience. I do not recommend.
