I goggled to find the best and they said, Sonos Arc! I purchased this and was not that impressed. Actually my husband and son, were very disappointed and packed it all up to return it the same day we set it all up. I went to Best Buy to talk with someone in the sound bar area, and they said their best sound bar was Sonos arc. I said, funny, I just bought that am NOT impressed at all. He suggested I buy a better cable which I did and it didn't help the sound at all. He also thought I might have had a bad unit and that I could return it. Which I did end up returning it because I was looking for a Blow you away sound and surround sound which I did NOT get from this unit. So maybe it was a bad one, but I didn't buy a new one. Hopefully, you will have better luck than me. I thought for $800.00, I would be blown away by great sound, great surround sound and base, but that was NOT the case for me. Best Buy is great for returns. Love Best Buy!!!

Posted .Hi, and thank you very much for taking the time to review the Sonos Arc. What it sounds like here is that the tv was probably not sending out the correct audio codec to the soundbar. Usually tv's will automatically set the right audio, but sometimes it needs to be done manually. This can be found in the tv's audio settings. Tv's will send out a stereo signal (for example) instead of dolby digital. I quick trip to the audio settings would have probably totally change the game here. We hope you'll give us another chance to wow you with great audio one day. Good luck on your soundbar journey :)
