Great experience - outstanding installation staff!!

Frankly disappointed. I bought this in order to simplify my AV setup when my Onkyo AV receiver failed. The receiver was powering a 5.1 setup utilizing mid-price/level speaker components. The Sonos bar came highly recommended, but sounded flat in comparison to a dedicated 5.1 setup. I ended up returning it and replacing my AV receiver. My sense is that, comparing sound bar to sound bar, this one would stand out but when compared to a good quality component system, it falls down. My bad. Not yet ready to give up the component system.

Oh boy, this is really hard for me, first time giving 1 star to a Sonos product. Anyway here we go: If you don’t own a Tv with e-arc, please read carefully eeee-arc! no “arc” eeee-arc, skip the rest of this review and the sound-bar too. Doesn’t matter if you have a Samsung 15th series that costed you a full mortgage, or if your tv was top of line two years ago. Dolby atmos just WONT WORK! People might say: “ I mean is all right still sounds good, but honestly Sonos beam sounds good too and is $500 less that this one. Even when in the Hidden places in Sonos websites you can find what I’m telling you, Sonos should’ve be upfront and should’ve tell the truth warning people like me with caps next to the price tag: “ATMOS WORKS ONLY IF YOU OWN A TV WITH E-ARC PORT.” That definitely will helped me when I lied to my wife saying that I will bale out my friend from jail when actually I use the money to buy this. So I should’ve say that my friend needed to fly to Nigeria to find his Welty prince cousin.

Glad I brought this. Excellent sound, love how it sounds in my bedroom and able to change mode at night so it won’t interrupt my kids sleeping.

This is a great product. Totally worth the money!!!

Would have given it 5 stars if it had more inputs and supported DTS. If your tv doesn’t have eARC google the HDFURY Arcana. A must have

I gave it a 3 star because I'm now experiencing the same issue other reviewers stated where the audio intermittently goes off and on. I tried powering it down and it worked the first time, but now it's not helping. This is horrible. I unplugged it from my TV so I'm back to using TV audio. I would not recommend it to anyone until Sonos fix this issue.

I have mixed opinion on the device I have used this with 1GBPS xfinity internet. Wired connection works very well but the when I check wireless speed it’s always varies from 300-450mbps. I have tried it with different router.

Unbelievable sound... Super easy to set up. I wish I would have bought this a long time ago. I have always been a Bose fan until now.

The "arc" did not work with the sub-woofer. The first team of two technicians who came to install had problem synchronizing the two items. They concluded the wub-woofer was 'brain dead' and had to be exchanged. The second team came in 2 weeks later with a new sub-woofer but still could not make it work with the soundbar arc. Eventually I had to return both items and got a different 'combo' from LG installed which worked effortlessly.

If you are all-in on Apple products, this may be an okay option. For anyone else, I don't understand the hype. It's big and heavy, but the sound that comes out of it is pretty thin, so you're going to want the subwoofer. You know. The $700 one. And the surround sound is barely there, so you'll want to buy those surround speakers too. At that price point, it's competing with receiver amps with full surround speaker sets. I returned my Arc set for a nice receiver and am much happier. There's still the wirelessly connected speaker and that's something, right? Sonos wants you to live your life inside of the Sonos app. Start the Sonos app, then pick what you want to hear, then pick a speaker. These speakers do *not* work with Google Home or other connected home systems. No speaker groups. No Chromecast. Only Sonos. Except Apple. If you have AirPlay, you can use that. I don't appreciate being locked into to their little ecosystem.

The clarity of this soundbar is completely unmatched!! You can hear every sound from the lowest of lows to the highest of highs!!!

900 is kinda steep for a sound bar. But when on sale it’s worth it. Overall one of the better sounding sound bars out there tho.

Love this sound bar! I have the sub as well and the Atmos height feature is great sounding. I like that it's also fairly small
