I have a Samsung Q90T65 television which was purchased at the same time. They worked great together for a while. Now the sound drops off and I have to unplugged the Arc and use the television speakers which defeats the purpose of this expensive sound bar.

I was told this is common. I have reset tgis tging 50 times. Not only that but i worked for best buys magnolia for years, and know exactly what im doing. Apparently this is an ongoing issue. What a joke

I have to agree to some extent, but not to the dramatic degree some of expressed. I have the sub and One SLs which help. Hopefully an update will come soon and alleviate the issues. I replaced an all-in-one 5.1 Sony system from 13 years ago and still miss it to some degree.

The sound is so loud we jump when it happens. We've had Geek Squad out three times and they can't fix the problem.
