Sound great, when they want to work

I am unplugging and replugging it into power and HDMI to try and get it to recognize the TV. Truly regret going all in on their surround sound system, waste of $2,000.

I had trouble getting the HDMI to connect with the TV but that problem was a TV setting issue so, if you buy this speaker, and have a Samsung, and the ARC HDMI is not active, call Samsung.

gave up working after a week

Sonos initiated return and resending a new unit and I am waiting for a week to get one back. I had to give them my CC information to receive their replacement unit fast not waiting after they receive my return first.

Without wifi it’s useless
