Sadly this unit and the Sonos Sub I purchased sounded very poor even after multiple calibrations. It lacked the warmth of vocals during movies, shows, and music. Right out of the box it sounded tinny and lacked the low end for a sound bar of this price. While Atmos is a growing feature we all want, this bar couldn’t deliver on the basics for our ears, especially within the price range a full set like this is competing in. This set is being returned and hopefully a nice Samsung, Klipsch, or maybe even Bose unit will be coming home.

This may need to be done on the TV and through any devices you would want audio from IE AppleTv, gaming console, ext. The highs are spot on and the mids aren't recessed and this is a major upgrade from tv speakers. Watching dolby atmos (DD+) content is sublime. However, there have been multiple reports of bass over excursion. At half volume the bass becomes muddy and unlistenable. It isn't mentioned in online reviews but it has been reported on Sonos Community forums by multiple people. I will update this review for five stars when the bass kink is worked out but until they release the update I can't recommend it, as much as I want to.

Bought a Harmony Hub and still no luck. Unhappy with Best Buy customer service. Can't call and get any help.
