    This product is a total piece of garbage when not paired with the subwoofer. At this price point you should buy the lg sound bar or the Bose. At almost 1,000 dollars, there is no reason that a sound bar should NEED a sub. If you want to pair it to make the sound better then that’s fine but it should not need it and this sound bar absolutely does. It has next to zero bass or mid range sound. Do. Not. Buy. My gen 2 beam is better.

    Excellent soundbar and high-quality sound. Only I took 1 star off because a sub is needed for more complete sound.

    Stopped working minutes after Geek squad left and despite them walking me through repeating set up, it doesn’t work or connect. Spent a lot of money on Beat Buy tech support and product and so disappointed. Can’t get ahold of tech support easily -42 min default wait at 11pm? For chat? Sonia site also remarkably unhelpful.

    I was expecting a lot more from SONOS with the Arc Soundbar. However, I do not see much of a difference between this and the PlayBar.

Remember that to get the most out of Sonos Arc, and Dolby Atmos, you must be watching content that is in Atmos, as well as having a TV that will pass it to the Sonos Arc. If you're watching something that isn't Atmos, all of the speakers are working still to give you the best 5.1 experience you can get from a soundbar. If this doesn't have a noticeable difference, please reach out to us at sonos.com/support. Keeping in mind that the environment of the room can play a large factor in sound as well.     The product never arrived and the customer service was awful. Please don’t buy from Best Buy, target customer service is even better.

    Honestly, this sound bar is good but not great. My Boston acoustics 10 year old sound bar was better.

    Honestly for the price it is not worth it. Sound is somewhat muffled and even with the woofer it’s not as captivating as the playbar. I personally believe the playbar is far better especially for the price. Save your money and get the playbar and woofer you will not be disappointed. This item was returned.

    Static loud noise

    Keep getting intermittent crackling/ popping static noise which is very loud and disturbing. I had the first arc replaced because of the issue but the second one also have the same problem. I have had the technician coming in and sonos technicians troubleshooting only option they suggested is to get it replaced. It’s been really inconvenient uninstalling and having to get it re installed properly.

    Sonos Arc is wonderful and easy to use. Best Buy’s ridiculous return window and price guarantee is absurd. Best Buy would not honor their very own price reduction three weeks after my purchase. Saying goodbye to Best Buy for large electronic purchases going forward. Already purchased my accompanying Sonos Sub from somewhere else.

    Works wirelessly. Sound is poor for base unless you buy 700 dollar base tube separately. App is really good to control functions and music apps. Explore competitive products at this price point.

    Hard to review as it was not available in the store. It was supposed to arrive yesterday but it hasn't yet. Sub and mini speakers arrived a couple weeks ago.

    Wanted to love this, but had returned it. I bought it when SONOS had known Atmos issues. I worked with support during the holidays to get it fixed but they confirmed it was a known problem. Since this was so expensive, my hope is it work work 100% out of the box. In all fairness, I heard SONOS did release a patch which was after my return date. I do own other SONOS products, maybe the timing was not right for the ARC.

    Tried to use this and the sound was either great or horrible. Tried to make all kinds of adjustments but it didn’t work. Returned it and bought the Bose 700 sound bar.

    I am using the sound bar with a Sony TV running Android. In some of the streaming apps when I move around different episodes the sound bar will quit working. Powering off the TV and back on again does not fix the problem. It is fixed by unplugging the WiFi cable and then plugging it back in again. Very disappointing for such an expensive sound bar.

    Was super excited to get this as it was in high demand. Not totally thrilled by the sound output when paired with the new sub. Left me thinking it was nice, but not that nice.

    Wird Sounding Bass

    I set this up and turned on the TV. My wife was watching HGTV and she wanted to know wht the stange sound is. It sounds like some of the Bass frequencies are making a thud noise. I've tried it with other sources and it sounds like the product has the promise of being very good, however I would hold off spending any money on it until there is some resolution. Too expansive to sit with finger crossed hoping there is a fix.

    For the money may want to consider something else. The new models already require a broader systems update to ensure sounds continuously flows without skipping a beat.
