    This device to not have a power off button you need to unplug it fron the wall if you dont want the soundbar on when people are asleep

    Mine is a typical room. Carpeted, drywall, no funny corners. The sound quality is fair. The performance is fair. Alexa has very few features, its nothing like an actual Alexa or Echo. Over all, I wouldn't spend the money on this product.

Keep in mind that to get the most out of Arc, you must have a TV and be watching content that is in Dolby Atmos to get an Atmos experience from Arc. However, even when you aren't viewing Atmos content, our Arc is designed to give you the best a soundbar can offer for a surround sound experience, so we're sorry you didn't feel you received this from our product! In regards to Alexa, we do support most feature of Alexa with the exception of features that require Amazon to share sensitive customer data with us. (for obvious reasons)

    I was excited getting the Sonos Arc sound bar and waited over a month to receive it . I used it everyday for 7 days . On the 7th day watched Suicide Squad 2 and noticed the base speaker crackling whenever deep base occurred during the movie. I returned it the next day and to Best Buy’s credit they are sending me a new on that will take yet another 21 days to be delivered. I’m hoping better luck with the next one !

    spent 3 hours trying to connect to our wifi. it never connected. called support. couldn't understand much of what the person said. finally he gave me a different number to call. called that number. nobody answered. after 15 rings I just hung up. I have tried to call Sonos support. don't bother. they put you on an interminable hold.

    I purchased brand new 3 months ago and it already has hardware failure. Despite having a 1 year warranty, Sonos sent me a replacement that was refurbished and also had hardware issues. Unbelievable for a $1,000 soundbar. I spent $2,500 for a full system. Learn from my mistake. Sonos doesn’t stand behind their expensive product.

    Purchased both arc and beam wanted to see which worked better in living room set up beam first 4 hrs later still not working gave up followed instructions videos and help from my son on Ohio unit wouldn’t connect to tv used hdmi and optical cables neither worked returning both tomorrow

    Don’t buy into all the hype of the Sonos Arc. I got the whole setup (sound bar, base and rear speakers). I couldn’t get the surrounds to connect. The sound bar had extreme latency. I decided that it wasn’t worth keeping the system, so I returned it. Ultimately, I went with the Samsung 950 setup, and it works great.

    I love the product, however, Best Buy, their call-center and their delivery system is atrocious. I spent many many hours on the phone trying to get my deliveries. What was supposed to be same day or next day delivery ended up being over a week and 14 separate deliveries instead of one large delivery. There is no way to contact the store directly, and call center overseas is worthless. Once I finally spoke to someone of Authority their idea of compensating me was a $50 gift card.

    I've had Sonos products for years and it hurts me to write this review after spending $3,000 on a home theater system a soundbar the sub and Era. 300s. I have to say handed out the most disappointing purchase I've ever made. What used to be a great company and great product is now atrocious, support is non-existent stay away from this company and these products

    Worst buy ever! It just work for 1 year. It doesn’t connect to any devices. Don’t waste your money. Go with Boss or Sony.

    Disappointed that the sound did not fill my expectation of clear voice. The Bose ear phones I use provide crisper sound and clear. The Sonos arc does not have Bluetooth and can not override it when I want to use my head phones. Sonos arc did not add any benefit while spending $815+.
