The item works great. However I would enjoy the product more if it had a better EQ in the setting mode. Meaning an EQ with mid sound and higher /treble pitch sound. When puts together in the surround sound mode, the output sound quality has too much lows muffles.

Not worth the money! Very disappointed in the overall sound quality. Definitely does not give even a little sound sound. Have to think I would have been better off with much less expensive speakers.

This soundbar was pushed on me by a salesman at my local Best Buy that blatantly lied in order to get me to buy this and the Sonos Sub. Once I got through the extensive steps to get it all set up, realized the salesman had lied and this sound system will in fact not link through google home to any other grouped speakers. This is a failure by Sonos and it is their responsibility to fix this engineering failure. The best buy sales rep would get one star for failing to know this factual information. I haven’t decided if I am going to return the set yet because the sound is pretty nice

Does not work with many EArc Tvs

Does not work with many EArc enable TVs. You may think you are lucky, but after the first couple of weeks or longer, the sound will begin to cut in and out. Just look at the Sonos website for comments. It has been 5 months and they have not fixed the issue. If you want to buy an $800 Atmos sound bar and then disable EArc or plug it in via optical, go right ahead.

The supposedly worlds best sound bar is missing the basic outputs to optical and only 1 hdmi port. Sound was poor with too much bass and words ware not clear.

    Audio Cutting off issue

I was totally happy for the first week of purchase. But then slowly experiencing the Audio cutting off issue. I am not able to enjoy any TV programs as the audio cuts off for 4-5 seconds intermittently and completely runing my experience. For $800 worth of Soundbar, I atealst expect audio to be available throughout my usage. I contacted Sonos through their community page, but not getting any prompt response. I really don't know what should I do at this point! I will wait for a week or two, if not I will have to return the Arc, along with two SLs and a SUB I bought it together for the Home Theatre experience.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re not seeing a significant improvement with your Sonos Arc and are still experiencing issues with dialogue clarity. While the Arc typically offers enhanced sound performance with features like Dolby Atmos, I understand how frustrating it can be when it doesn’t meet your expectations.

To improve dialogue clarity, I recommend trying a few adjustments:

Speech Enhancement Mode: Enable this feature in the Sonos app, which boosts vocal frequencies to make dialogue clearer.
Night Sound Mode: This reduces loud sounds while amplifying quieter sounds, which can also help with dialogue clarity.
Adjust EQ Settings: In the Sonos app, adjust the EQ settings (especially treble and bass) to suit your listening preferences and improve vocal presence.
If the issue persists, feel free to reach out for further support at support.sonos.com. We want to make sure your experience is as good as it can be! john.milton

Extremely mediocre sound bar and it is expensive! The fact that you can't add outside audio components and have to use a different app to control sound, music etc. is less than ideal. Save your money.

Absolutely hated it. The sound was muffled and scratchy. Ane there is no controller and the app is hard to use in a family. Worse than the cheap one we already had. Returned it and got an awesome JBL to replace it.
