    NO sound when I turn TV on 4 out of 5 times. Had Geek Squad Tech here twice to fix it & problem still exists. Very dissapointed in product. Spent over $1500.00 for ARC Soundbar & subwoofer and have nothing but grief when turning on TV.

    Terrible to set up. If had been told it was almost impossible to get paired up. I would have went with another company !!!

    No DTS, so you can’t enjoy your collection of bluray, for music is not good, just 1 HDMI port and it’s very expensive. You depend mostly from your tv, and be sure your TV is Dolby Atmos Certified.

    I purchased this product less than 2 years ago, and already the HDMI connection doesn’t work. I used as a TV speaker so unfortunately it’s already obsolete.

    Good Sound Bar, Great Sound. But SONOS has two separate apps running for their Speakers and this is not compatible with older Speaker models. Kind of Sucks!

    It was very expensive for a soundbar that we can hardly hear all yhe way up in our living room. But our little jbl 2.1 is louder and better sounding

    This sound bar sounds insane. I had a Bose 700 and I thought that was good, but this sound bar sounds so much clearer, and thanks to its 11 drivers, you can hear sounds you wouldn’t be able to hear with the Bose. Even for music it sounds a lot better than the Bose. When I’d play Spotify through the TV app, the sound was low but with the Arc it’s a lot louder and much clearer as well. Yes, the Bose was connected through the eARC HDMI port on my Sony tv and all settings were set so it would get the proper audio and all. Overall I’m really happy with this sound bar. Make sure you add the sub and the surrounds for an insane experience! Also, if you get a mount, make sure you get the Sanus TV Mount as it’ll allow the sound bar to stick out past the tv and the top firing speakers aren’t blocked. Never had any issues with the WiFi connectivity like I did with my Bose as the sub would constantly pop. Setup was extremely easy. First you set up the sound bar and then add your sub and the surrounds if you get them. Easiest set up ever in my opinion. Not sure why I didn’t get this instead of the Bose 700 from the beginning. Another thing I noticed compared to the Bose, is that the base is a lot tighter with the Sonos Sub. With the Bose, everything would rattle but with the Sonos, the whole room shakes but nothing rattles. Pretty awesome if you ask me!

    If you have the Sonos Playbar, keep it! The Arc is the biggest pile of crap I’ve ever bought. No matter what I do it constantly has audio cut out. I’ve done ever troubleshooting possible, even bough a crazy expensive HDMI cable specifically for 8k and Dolby Atmos. Still won’t work properly. The TV is in audio pass through and Sonos’ great fix for a “Atmos” speaker is to turn off Dolby Atmos capabilities. So save you’re money and keep the playbar or buy something else. TV speakers do a better job at dialog in a movie. $900 wasted.

    Sonos Arc vs Bose 700

    I just didn’t like the sound from this. I have a Bose 700 in the living room and it sounds much better than the tinny sound from the Sonos. Also I didn’t like the remote app. A real remote is much better and the Bose is more user friendly

    Stopped working after 15 mos. No warranty

    Worked great, then 1 year and 3 months after I bought it stopped working. I attempted to factory reset only to get a flashing white light. Sonos support states the one year warranty has passed and it’s not covered.

    Best Buy shipped me a used Sonos arc

    I like the speaker but Best Buy sold me a brand new one online and when it was delivered by UPS I didn’t realize it was a used product at first, that was sent to me, but the boxseals were inside the box and the cords were just thrown in the box, plus I had a hard time setting up the speaker because it was already used and I had a look into why it wouldn’t connect to my app, I eventually found out I had to reset it to factory before I could set it up at my place. I didn’t return it because it was too close for the holiday times but I’m not gonna order anything online from Best Buy again. It was more than $800 with taxes and I should’ve got something that was not a return

    For the price, I thought this would plug and play, its never worked right and now its out of warranty and SONOS says they wont replace it. I've had many tickets and they never offered to replace it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

    Bought item as an open box, sounded very good, but could not utilize the Sonos app due to Soundbar still being tied into previous owner’s email.

    Systems won’t sync with other products, the phone is app isn’t user friendly. Dealing with Beat Buy Customer service is a pain in the butt.
