    Had to return it because it was making a crackling sound on the left hand side . Disappointed that this happened on this not so cheap item.

    Horrible service from Magnolia, St. Petersburg, Florida. Placed order over six weeks ago and they do not give installation date and reply to my text massages, calls and emails.

    Incredibly complicated set-up especially with both Apple and Sony devices. Sonos Support gave me incorrect answers or refused to answer my questions.

    Not on Best Buy. Sonos stated that their Arc was not Bluetooth compatible. They did not state that it would disable all Bluetooth functionality on a Samsung tv, ie airpods.

    Won't support dolby atmos on Vizio OLEDs

    This sound bar does not support dolby atmos with Vizio OLED TVs & Apple TV 4K. no matter what you do, the best you can get is dolby audio not dolby atmos.

    Pretty impressive for a soundbar

    So far so good, i received this soundbar for Christmas and i have to say its pretty good for a soundbar. I set it up in the bedroom with a 55 inch TCl 4K tv and the sound is great for the room. We have a 7.1 system in the Living room and this sounds just as good for the space we have it in. My tv says it only has a arc output on the back however when i plugged in the sound bar and set it up it says earc as the output and is saying its giving me Dolby Atmos signal in the app, when playing things with atmos encoding. Set up was a breeze and i did the trueplay and it now sounds even better. It also has some bass to it which is nice, but since its bedroom use i will not be adding the sub to it but also don't feel i need it. I do wish it had its own remote but the app has been working well for me. I have also used it to stream Spotify and it worked flawlessly. I dont use voice assistant’s so have t played with that feature yet. We will see how it goes as time goes on with it but im pretty impressed it looks great and sounds great for what i am using it for and the room it is in. Also my PS5 sounds great when playing games thru it.

    along with the two sonos wireless Smart speakers it is not as good as the OLD speakers we had

    I don't have the product because our Sony TV has not been working for a month. Best Buy has been of no help in getting this fixed.

      Thank you for reviewing our product. We would love for you to consider redoing it once you have experienced Arc as this review is intended to give a review of the product itself. Unfortunately inventory restraints are pretty much everywhere and there's not much we can do about it on our end. Not to mention Best Buy doesn't really look at these reviews, just us vendors.     Best Buy did a very poor job on this. Additionally, I felt they were trying to be deceptive.

    It was truly disappointing, especially for the cost. The sound really was no better than the tv alone

      Hi, and thank you for the review. We would recommend ensuring that A) the audio is being pushed to the soundbar and not through the TV speakers still, and B) that the proper audio codecs are being pushed out of the soundbar itself. This can all be done through the sound or audio settings on the TV. You should hear a vast difference between the TV and Arc. Usually we find one of these two things are the case. john.milton
