    Really nice product, Sonos is a great brand. Unboxing this item is such a cathartic experience. They pack it up so well and really take care to ensure it is delivered safely to the customer. Can’t say enough.

    Overpriced for what you get

    I've had this for a few weeks and have found all of the inadequacies of the arc. I use YouTube TV, YouTube and a Antena. It seems to sync fine with the Network stuff but when I switch it over to the antenna the lips don't sync with the sound. Called Sonos and was on the chat for 2 hours and there is no solution. The app does have a sync in it but it does nothing. By the way the app SUCKS. It's horrible to use. The sound is not as good as it was in the store. Got sold a bill of goods. I wish I would have looked at the Bose, but they did not have a display. I would like to return it but there is only a 15 day return policy and I am beyond that. Very disappointed.

    Tho to soundbar real good, specially with the sound bar, the fact the soundbar cuts in and out to often, it annoys the heck out of me.. For $800 it should definitely not have that problem

    I buy Sonos ho e theate good product. But Best Buy send me always email that review the product and get 400$ coupon. But I never get that coupon

    WiFi mess

    Conceptually it’s a winner. But the application of the system leaves a lot to be desired. The wireless function on my system couldn’t be worse. I have arc and sub. I set it up in Christmas and the speakers paired and connected to my WiFi. I was able to auto tune to room and linked to TIDAL with no issues...then day three and all functions are gone. Spent 4 hours resetting arc and sub and removing/reloading S2 app. Next day App can’t locate arc and sub never pairs. I must have a lemon but of course Sonos is too busy to bother responding to my pleas for help; emails left unanswered. For what I paid I’d expect much better quality control. Will look into sennheiser or bowers and Wilkins. I have the arc connected to earc on Sony a8h so shouldn’t be an issue with older tv. I see many reviews have had positive outcomes, not so for me-I have the white version.

    Don't waste your money

    If I could give this 0 stars, I would. This sound system is the worst sound system I've ever had. Do not waste your money. I purchased the Sonos Arc in May, along with a Sub 4 and two Era 100s, and I've had nothing but problems. The first problem is that while watching TV, the Arc sound cuts out and resets itself abruptly, and Sonos knows this is a problem, as the website lists this as a problem. Use the link provided and scroll down to "Fix an issue with Arc," which is titled "TV audio cuts in and out or stops abruptly." (https://support.sonos.com/en-us/products/arc) I've contacted Sonos Support, and none of the solutions they have provided have worked so far, so I will probably end up returning all of the Sonos products. The second problem I've encountered is that the Era 100s don't automatically turn on and sync up with the Arc when it does decide to work (which is very rare). If I spend $2k+ on a sound system, it shouldn't have these problems.

    Great group of individuals to work with at my local Best Buy facility. They have always taken care of any issue that I may have. Would highly recommend this Best Buy to anyone who is looking for a pleasant experience with buying electronics.

    Bad soundbar

    I purchased the Sonos Arc because of the reviews and the sound from the displays in the stores but mine does not sound anything like the displays that were in the stores. I have a new 75” Sony X900H and the new Sonos Arc and yes the Sony has Dolby Atmos. I have watched movies that were in Dolby Atmos and verified that with the Sonos app but the sound is only coming from the front of the sound bar, you can’t hear anything from anywhere else in the room. I have tried to tune with true play twice but still no better. I may just have a bad sound bar but Best Buy doesn’t have anymore in stock to exchange.

The first thing we would recommend is to check the audio settings on the tv. Unfortunately many times the Tv's don't automatically adjust for your best sound experience. You may need to adjust those setting on the tv to ensure you're getting the best sound possible.     Pray yours works cause Sonos wont help fix/replace

    Horrible! Does not stay connected unless connected to ethernet I have had for less than a month and every time I turn the tv on, it looses connection. Trying to get my money back and Sonos has connected me with 3 technicians that i have personally spent over 4 hrs troubleshooting the same steps over and over and still they are not offering a replacement. Still after 4 hours over 2 days on back n forth trying every possible configuration they can come up with just to not give me a replacement. Starting to think thats the point of this company. Never been so disgusted and disappointed with a company in my life. I have 3 other sonos devices that work fine but they are connected via ethernet. the sub is not but i would assume for an 800 sub that the bluetooth and/or wifi connection is at least halfway decent. Buyer Beware! this will be my last Sonos, not because of the device i understand some are faulty but the gross disrespect for my time that after 4 hrs of continuous failed troubleshooting they still cant even offer a replacement. Despicable and yet sadly not surprised, companies like Sonos could care less about customer help or customer experience.

    I ordered this to add additional sound when watching the Vikings game in my garage. Great sounding. I have sonos everywhere in my house and it is very easy to hook up and manage.

    Great soundbar. The sound is very good specially with the subwoofer and back speakers. Love that you can add Amazon Music, SiriusXM and others to this system.

    I've been a Sonos user for years and I was excited to receive my Arc. When it arrived I was surprised that Sonos essentially released it with a defect that affects the sound, specifically the bass. Many users in the Sonos support community forums have also reported the same. All Sonos has said is that they're aware of it and that it "seems like software". They've offered no timeline for a fix. I'm going to have to send it back. Assuming they fix it, maybe I'll buy another one.

    BestBuy Delivery Failure

    I ordered a Sonos Arc with a Generation 3 Sub for having a replacement to my current LG Soundbar which I was excited to receive. Unfortunately BestBuy could not keep their delivery promise of same day on my birthday! Worse of all they charged me without a sign of a refund! I am unable to describe the product when I did not receive it!
