I owned this for more than a year now.The only problem i encountered was when it was updated and the sound from it was affected,but it was resolved now.Im not a audiophile but this sound bar is so amazing.Combine with the sub gen 3 and two sonos one its like watching movie in theater.The whole system i have is a bit on the expensive side,but oh boy its worth every penny.I highly recommend this and if you have the money,its worth buying the whole system.

We are very happy with our Sonos Arc. In the room where it is located, we see no need for a subwoofer. Great sounds fill the room. Easy set up and a quality product!

There’s been one software update since purchasing the sound bar. I also added 2 one SL and a SUB. The sounds seem to come from all around the area where the tv is and from the side walls. Vocals are clear and music sounds great. Movies sound 3D and like sounds coming from where they were intended to be. This sounds much better than a playbar. I tried it without the sub and wasn’t as impressed however I’m sure if you’re spending this much on a soundbar the cost of adding a sub is irrelevant.

Sounds great and super easy to set up. I have several Sonos products and enjoy each of them. Sound quality is very good based on the price you pay.

This was a fun purchase. Made my television sound like a movie theatre. Fairly easy to set up with the bluetooth app on my phone. Great Sound!!

Quite the experience trying to attain this bad boy. Through some ups and downs I finally received the Arc and let me tell you it is worth the wait and the money. Surprises me every time how so much sound can come out such a relatively small object. Anything TV related sounds great, especially from a dolby source. Music sounds great also. I will probably add the wireless sub too for extra bass, but it can wait. This is more than enough for now. First Sonos product and I am a satisfied customer.

Great purchase & upgrade my opinion, went from sonos playbar which was only optic and didn't support Dolby Atmos. Definitely love quality with the HDMI Arc support and having the Dolby Atmos. Makes suround sound amazing!! Especially watching a show like stranger things on netflix! Highly recommend!

Purchased a 2nd Arc because I’m so happy with the first. Impressive on every level. Sonos ecosystem is the best. Works seamlessly with LG CX and Apple TV. Love eARC and Dolby atmos. About to try this with Sonos era 100 surrounds and will eventually get the sub.

So far, soundbar is awesome. I already invested in Sonos elsewhere in house and wanted to upgrade to atmos. You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome sound bar. Make sure you check what audio your TV supports (ATMOS) to get the most out sound. Also i recommend getting the sub woofer. It will rock your house.

Amazing sound quality this is my first sound bar is paired with two surrounds I’m only missing the sub to complete the set. Dolby atmos movies sound fantastic

I’ve done around 6 years of research on what brand of sound bars/surround sound systems and I can confidently say that Sonos is the system for me. I tested this sound bar, compared it with others and I love it. If you’re reading this hoping for more information I advise you go and research it yourself, because you might like the sound Bose has to offer or Sony, etc. Again, I find this to be the perfect sound bar for the room my Sonos surround sound system is in and I do not regret the purchase.

Amazing sound, best decision I made buying this Sonos. Pairs perfectly with my new 77 Samsung OLED 89C. Had to purchase the Sonos amp, a little pricey but definitely worth the purchase. Now my entire home is set!!! Dont hesitate if you’re on the fence. I’m glad I bought this instead of the beam2

I have a Sony z9f which I love. But this sonos arc soundbar is 5 times better. Yes it's not cheap but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. We got the package deal with the new sub woofer and 2 rear speakers and let's just say the neighbors don't like me very much. The sound quality is amazing and well balanced. If your looking for a higher end sound system then go with sonos

Purchased to see if the Sonos Arc would be a reasonable replacement for my existing 5.1 system. A couple of caveats: (1) only purchased the Arc, no sub or rear surrounds, (2) pretty ideal room shape for Arc to do its Atmos work. Let me start by saying it is a very good sound bar. I also own a Beam and the Arc easily surpassed it. Really went to music (CD through Blueray player) to do the comparison since I did not have the sub or rears with Arc, so basically front two speakers of my 5.1 and the Arc. Same seating position, same sound level, same tracks. Basically the Arc did not provide the same sound stage that my existing system could. And there detail was not as well presented with the Arc. Again, I was interested in whether the Arc could replace my 5.1, but not set on it. Based on some limited listening time, I opted to return the Arc and stick with my 5.1. Probably not too surprising. But it is a good sound bar if that is what you are looking for. And really like the Sonos products and ease of use.

I have the Arc and the gen 3 sub. I'll start by saying YES you will need the sub. The bass without it is okay, but somewhat anemic. I am fairly happy but not over impressed. I have a separate full surround with twin subs in another room so I am well versed in higher end systems. The Arc has very clear speaking and music reproduction. As far as any kind of surround, simulated or otherwise, just doesn't seem to be there. I has 11 speakers but it sounds like one center speaker to me. I like that it's a system so I haven't returned it. There are probably cheaper soundbars that sound really good but they don't have the Sonos echosystem capability. Plus, Sonos does send out firmware updates to alter the system...I doubt anyone else will update their systems so that's worth the cost itself. I don't want to have to buy additional rare speakers for surround, thus buying a sound bar vs a 5.1 system. I'm just disappointed that it doesn't have more of a virtual surround sound.

Sound quality is amazing. Ease of use with other products is seem less. Definitely need a subwoofer for larger rooms.
