Love the Sonos system. Have this and Beam. Ready to get portable one. Expandable!

We were having trouble hearing voices on our TV, only back ground sounds. Sonos sound bar has remedied that problem. Easy to install.

In May 2024, Sonos rewrote their mobile app. The new version breaks connectivity for many existing setups, removes features, and adds bugs and significant lag. After years of using an Arc + Ones + Sub Mini system + Move system, I now can no longer connect to it at all, even after resetting. They removed email support, phone support has more than an hour's hold time, and the CEO's email is listed but just ignores you. Do not buy from this company if you want your products to keep working. This is their second major software release that broke existing products (the first being their S1 to S2 transition a few years ago). Whether it's planned obsolescence or just plain incompetence, the end result is that many people now have bricked speakers (check the app store reviews). Do not buy!

Looks nice, instructions given & good. Easy to use.

The instructions were confusing How to set it up. Try to set up an appointment with the geek squad. They were a couple weeks out. Overall very happy with the sound system.

Good sound especially after adding the sub and the surround sound.

Outstanding sound that fills the room. The middle speakers give clarity to the voices even in the noisiest scenes. Well worth the money.

Really solid sound quality for music and movies, easy to install and delivers big sound in a little footprint. ARC is amazing, but also the biggest drawback since it only has a single hdmi input.

Great sound. Spatial sound from Apple TV sounds amazing on Sonos arc. Puts out a lot on movies. I love the night time mode helps if you got kids.

The Sonos ARC was easy to install and so far it is working and sounds pretty good. I have not fully checked it out since I just installed it a couple of days ago and have only used it with cable TV and one Prime Video movie, but so far everything seems to be working and sounding great.
