Im sure the Arc would have been amazing, but I wouldn't know because Best Buy sent me an empty box. On the plus side, it is a Sonos Arc box, so it's... really nice. That said, this is more of a review for Best Buy, not the Sonos Arc. After calling Best Buy Support, I was provided no satisfactory options. So disappointing. They seem unphased that one of their associates picked up an empty box (weighs leas than 3 pounds) and shipped it to a customer. They're completely unsympathetic, offering no accommodations outside of a cancellation and refund. They never even asked for proof. I recorded myself opening the box because I KNEW there was nothing inside, but they never even questioned it. Its a shame, but it's no wonder Amazon dominates the retail world. Anyway, if you want to get a free Sonos Arc (or any other item I suppose?), seems like all you need to do is place your order and then claim you received an empty box. They'll just believe you and offer a refund. What a joke. Do better, Best Buy.

The product sounds great, that’s not the issue… the problem is with the condition of my supposedly “excellent” open box item. There’s an exposed super sticky adhesive strip that spans the entire base of the bar and it’s pulling up the finish on my TV stand. Not what I’d qualify as excellent condition, in fact I’d say it’s poor at best if it’s destroying my furniture. I’ve called customer service 4 times now and nobody can help. An expidited exchange was processed yesterday and as I was packing up the device to send it in for a replacement I saw ab email that the order had been canceled. After two 25+ minute calls with customer service they determined theres no replacement and the best they can do is return the item… I can’t get in touch with my local store because im consrantly re-routed to the call center and given the runaround. At this point I’ve given up on Best Buy customer service making this right and covered up the strip with some parchment paper. It’s an absolute joke you can spend so much money on a product and not get any assistance with your order. Don’t bother with open box on this one… you might be stuck whith a poor quality product

its not easy to define the quality of this bar, I previously had a Bose bar and I think bose is better than Sonos, I really love the bose sound, but I love the easy way yo use and configure SONOS and the wifi option to interact with Apple Music

Its a great product, my living room is 20’x18’ and it stills ht sounds great.

Love it! Sounds perfect. Goes well with sub or alone. Sounds good either way.

Excellent quality, great sound but there's needs to be a way to bypass the sound pass thru on the tv without having to buy a new tv or a $300 HD Arkana.

Sound is amazing and Atmos is theater like. Have a comparative setup, sun with ones. The hookup can be a pain in the backside sometimes that is the only reason I gave it a 4. If they were easier and would stay connected it would be a 5 all the way. It’s the only downfall of Sonos.

This really delivers cinema quality sounds and easy to set up and pair with all other Sonos speakers and sub for the ultimate surround sound!

It is suppose to be used loud. But in my case i cant hear enough when in low volume and loud gets too loud. There isnt perfect volume for this speaker. I rather use my tv speaker sounds much better. This speaker is just sitting on my shelf only doing google assistance.

Awesome sound for both TV and music. Paired with subwoofer for a balanced tone. Not my first Sonos, sure won't be my last.

This soundbar is highly ratedbut im getting clear sound and great volume but the depth of sound is not as good as I hoped ?? Could be my own fault however . I will be reaching out for help to see if adjustments can be made ??

Great looking soundbar. Big fan of the Dino’s wall mounting bracket, really makes the soundbar blend in!

We are very happy with everything we purchased. The installation went very smooth as well.

Hung the bar above the TV and used the True sound. Used a TV mount that dropped below the mantle.

Sonos products are the best and I experienced wonderful service from Best Buy.
