Excellent sound. Love the app and ease of use. Gets plenty loud as well. If you can swing it get the sub as well.

Quite the experience trying to attain this bad boy. Through some ups and downs I finally received the Arc and let me tell you it is worth the wait and the money. Surprises me every time how so much sound can come out such a relatively small object. Anything TV related sounds great, especially from a dolby source. Music sounds great also. I will probably add the wireless sub too for extra bass, but it can wait. This is more than enough for now. First Sonos product and I am a satisfied customer.

I owned this for more than a year now.The only problem i encountered was when it was updated and the sound from it was affected,but it was resolved now.Im not a audiophile but this sound bar is so amazing.Combine with the sub gen 3 and two sonos one its like watching movie in theater.The whole system i have is a bit on the expensive side,but oh boy its worth every penny.I highly recommend this and if you have the money,its worth buying the whole system.

Went to Best Buy to look at soundbars. Demo'd quite a few and of course, really liked the Sonos offerings. However, they're on the pricier side. The rep we worked with mentioned that what was on the floor was the brand new model but their site carried the previous one that had just dropped in price by $300. On his recommendation we went with that one and it's been great!

Love this soundbar! After shopping around and listening to many systems. I am completely happy with this i did purchase the sub mini as well and the sound is amazing for a medium size room.

I have a Sony z9f which I love. But this sonos arc soundbar is 5 times better. Yes it's not cheap but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. We got the package deal with the new sub woofer and 2 rear speakers and let's just say the neighbors don't like me very much. The sound quality is amazing and well balanced. If your looking for a higher end sound system then go with sonos

I’ve done around 6 years of research on what brand of sound bars/surround sound systems and I can confidently say that Sonos is the system for me. I tested this sound bar, compared it with others and I love it. If you’re reading this hoping for more information I advise you go and research it yourself, because you might like the sound Bose has to offer or Sony, etc. Again, I find this to be the perfect sound bar for the room my Sonos surround sound system is in and I do not regret the purchase.

Purchased to see if the Sonos Arc would be a reasonable replacement for my existing 5.1 system. A couple of caveats: (1) only purchased the Arc, no sub or rear surrounds, (2) pretty ideal room shape for Arc to do its Atmos work. Let me start by saying it is a very good sound bar. I also own a Beam and the Arc easily surpassed it. Really went to music (CD through Blueray player) to do the comparison since I did not have the sub or rears with Arc, so basically front two speakers of my 5.1 and the Arc. Same seating position, same sound level, same tracks. Basically the Arc did not provide the same sound stage that my existing system could. And there detail was not as well presented with the Arc. Again, I was interested in whether the Arc could replace my 5.1, but not set on it. Based on some limited listening time, I opted to return the Arc and stick with my 5.1. Probably not too surprising. But it is a good sound bar if that is what you are looking for. And really like the Sonos products and ease of use.

Great purchase & upgrade my opinion, went from sonos playbar which was only optic and didn't support Dolby Atmos. Definitely love quality with the HDMI Arc support and having the Dolby Atmos. Makes suround sound amazing!! Especially watching a show like stranger things on netflix! Highly recommend!

I have the Arc and the gen 3 sub. I'll start by saying YES you will need the sub. The bass without it is okay, but somewhat anemic. I am fairly happy but not over impressed. I have a separate full surround with twin subs in another room so I am well versed in higher end systems. The Arc has very clear speaking and music reproduction. As far as any kind of surround, simulated or otherwise, just doesn't seem to be there. I has 11 speakers but it sounds like one center speaker to me. I like that it's a system so I haven't returned it. There are probably cheaper soundbars that sound really good but they don't have the Sonos echosystem capability. Plus, Sonos does send out firmware updates to alter the system...I doubt anyone else will update their systems so that's worth the cost itself. I don't want to have to buy additional rare speakers for surround, thus buying a sound bar vs a 5.1 system. I'm just disappointed that it doesn't have more of a virtual surround sound.

This thing sounds awesome! It's also extremely easy to hook up. Just plug it into the TV with an HDMI cable and plug up the power cable, then it's ready to set up.

I have little knowledge about TECH but like the nice stuff. I was just going to go simple with a Sonos Soundbar, but they told me about the Subwoolfer and $800 later i'm very glad i went with spending more. love my sound system. My neighbors think its thundering lol

I wanted to downsize and go wireless from my Pioneer Elite 7.1 surround sound set up. I was very pleasantly surprised that, not only can the sonos arc render 7.1 surround sound with 2 era 100/300 speakers and thy sub woofer, it was quite an upgrade in quality of sound. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Really had a hard time auto connecting it to any of the tvs in my house. The sound was great but it had to be connected each time the tv was turned on. Became too much and returned it. No remote either. All controlled by the app.

Sound quality is amazing. Ease of use with other products is seem less. Definitely need a subwoofer for larger rooms.

I use this as a standalone speaker and it is more than adequate for watching movies or listening the music. It can be loud and has plenty of bass, especially considering I’m using it without a subwoofer. The optical cable has been great in eliminating lag with my TV.

Fantastic sound ! Great size , easy to set up for dummies.

INSANE QUALITY. The only negative is that sometimes there is a static sound when we game on our PS5. Usually a quick reset fixes it!
