Posted .Thank you very much for taking the time to review Arc. The reason that Arc doesn't come with a remote is because you can pair the remote you're already using and/or the remote that your tv came with. Check out this article from our support site on setting up a remote. It should only take about two minutes. https://support.sonos.com/s/article/3402?language=en_US

Not what I was expecting

Definitely underwhelming for the price. Honestly what I was shown on display was the upgrade version and I thought that is what I was getting as an open box… I couldn’t pass up $500 for a soundbar that retails for $1100 but this one was less than $100 in savings. I returned it within a few days. Also you NEED a subwoofer! The app was easy to use

I would give it 5 starts if it wasn’t so hard to set up. The instructions say 5-10 minutes to set up. My Sonos could not locate our network even when directly plugged into the router with an Ethernet cable. Somehow my Apple phone was able to find it and walk me through the set up. Honestly wanted to give it a good review but I just can’t. It should not be this hard to set up.
