Excellent premium sound system

Never buy a SONOS product

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The bar stopped working and when I finally got an appointment to see what went wrong I was told that it would have to be sent back, I would have to pay the fright to send it and if they could fix it I would be responsible for the cost to get it back. I was with in the warranty time but had to wait for me to be told it was broken, because it took 5 days to get an appointment before the Geek squad told me it was shot, I missed the warranty by 1 day no one would honor the warranty what kind of company wouldn't honor their warranty when it was reported to be broken and in the time to have it inspected I missed by 1 day!!! Would not recmmend SONOS to my worst friend

Sounds great for new buyers, but not worth upgrade

In relation to other Sonia products this one does have a flatter respond than the original soundbar and has better low end response than the original. The tone seems warmer than other products but that could be the placement of ours up near the tv/wall. Atmos just doesn’t have the same feeling unless you have a full surround sound setup but this bar does a good job of positioning of sounds to the sides and overhead. We teamed it with the Sonia sub which I would still recommend.
