Easy setup. App has improved and now shows which surround sound is being delivered.

Hear crackling noise occasionally not sure what the problem is. I bought a open box item, so chances are defective and that could be the reason it might have returned initially by other buyer. Other than that weird noise it's pretty easy to set-up. I'm going to return.

Overall better than my Bose. App is also helpful in setup

I bought the arc and the beam and while I am no expert in sound quality, I just didn't see enough of a difference to spend the extra money on the arc. Using the beam and two Play One's for surround sound feels like a better strategy.

Sonos lives up to its expectations sound quality wise. The app however needs major improvements.

Sounds good. Easy to hook up. Wish there were extra hdmi ports to plug in video game console and such.

Rich filling sound coming from this beautiful sound bar. Blends in with the color of the television.

This soundbar is amazing. I also bought the Gen3 subwoofer with this. Had them up and running in no time. The sound is clear and has greatly improved my tv viewing over my previous Samsung soundbar and subwoofer. After a week of listening to this amazing system, I went out and bought two One SLs for the rears. This only increases the experience for the better. You can use the Sonos app to set your soundstage and it does make a difference.

I truly love this sound bar. Especially because I can add to it later with additional speakers for our house. I didn’t know that there was an app that allows me to control aspects of the sound bar.

I purchased the soundbar only (no sub, no rears). I am not blown away by the surround sound (especially the Atmos), but overall am very pleased with it. I still have the option to add a sub and rear surrounds if I choose, and I read that with those the surround experience is much better. The best thing about this soundbar for me is it simply works, all the time. I have it connected over wi-fi and have zero connection issues. It’s been very reliable.

The Geek Squad did a professional, competent of setting up our equipment. This is a welcome improvement over the contractors that Best Buy sends out sometimes.

I ordered this and arrived perfect. I found a better price from a competitor, I went to the store and showed them, and they granted and honored the competitor's rule and I did want the purchase with Best Buy, and it worked out perfect. Thank you Best Buy!!!!!!!!!!!

Good products, but a good top-level manual would be helpful. Sonos seems to think that their App addresses all issues, but it does not. I'm still having trouble getting the Sub to perform as expected. Sonos should offer some comprehensive test utilities.

I am rating this with a 1 star because product was not available as a package as advertised. Purchased the Sonos Arc Soundbar and two SL One surrounds, however the subwoofer has been unavailable nationally and therefore we are unable to get the sound expected. All stores show it available on July 18, 2021, yet the last returnable date for the soundbar purchased is July 16, 2021 meaning we cannot test the entire system until after the expiration date for return on the Arch Soundbar. I would never recommend Sonos based on our experience. Also the Facebook page for Sonos shows so many people have connection problems, sound adjustment issues, and it seems more complicated than what most homeowners want to deal with. Sonos I hope you get your act together.

Speakers sound great! Wish you could control the sound with a remote rather than the app though.

Works great and as expected. Expensive for a sound bar but it is expected in the Sonos ecosystem.
