Bass disappointing unless volume turned way up. Maybe it sounds great if you spend the extra money for all the Sonos surround speakers to pair with it. There are competitors that have full surround for less than the cost of the single Sonos bar.

If you get the opportunity, and have an iOS device handy (iPhone, iPad, iPodTouch), you can run our Trueplay tuning software that's built right into the app. This allows the Arc to adapt to the environment to make sure the sound is perfect for your space. You can find the tuning option in the app by going to Settings, System, "Room Name", then Trueplay. Follow the instructions and you will be on your way.

We've experience 3 episodes when we turn on the TV and it doesn't turn on and we've only owned it for 30 days. The system doesn't come with a manual & the website doesn't have a good troubleshooting guide, so we have to call the Best Buy audio department directly. And their suggestion is to go to Utube videos. I've done that and they suggest to de-install, but since the technicians did the install, it makes me uncomfortable to do it. I'm likely going to have to have a person come out, sure hope I don't have to pay for it.
