    Great sound, I really want to like them, but App makes them unusable and a huge point of frustration. I purchased the arc, sub, and 300’s (rear) and they sounded really good. Unfortunately the App released months ago causes them to constantly loose connection. It takes hours to return to factory reset, reinstall app, pair, trouble shoot. They never connect the first time and calling tech support adds another hour to your user experience. Pass and consider the alternatives - I wish I did.

I understand how disheartening it can be to invest in a system that should bring joy and instead find yourself spending countless hours troubleshooting. It’s especially tough when you’re excited to enjoy your new audio setup, only to be met with connectivity issues that disrupt the experience.

      To help you get things back on track, here are some steps you can try:

      Update the Sonos App and Devices: Sometimes, the root of these problems lies in outdated software. Please ensure that both your Sonos app and all connected devices are running the latest updates, as these often contain important bug fixes.

      Reboot Your Network and Devices: I recommend restarting your router, along with the Arc, Sub, and Era 300 speakers. Unplug each device for about 30 seconds, then plug them back in. This can often help re-establish stable connections.

      Optimize Your Wi-Fi Network: If your Wi-Fi is struggling with multiple devices, try connecting your Arc directly to the router using an Ethernet cable. This can help reduce wireless interference. Additionally, you might consider moving your router to a more central location or ensuring fewer devices are connected to your network.

      Factory Reset as a Last Resort: If nothing else works, performing a factory reset on the Arc, Sub, and Era 300 speakers might help. Please be aware that this will erase all settings, requiring you to set everything up again from scratch.

      Contact Sonos Support: If you’re still encountering issues, reaching out to Sonos support might provide some relief. I know it’s frustrating to spend time on the phone or in chat, but sometimes they can offer solutions that aren't available through the app alone.     Year and a half old top-of-the line Samsung TV (Q9 F) with Apple TV 4K and the Arc can’t receive Dolby Atmos. Pretty disappointing. Sounds good with the Sonos sub but I can only imagine that it could be so much better.

    Easy Setup! Excellent quality print! Refills aren't too expensive! Prints are fast. Friends have started coming over and printing pictures!

    We have a 6 year old Vizio sound bar, sub, and speakers we got from Best Buy. This was just as good or better than than this! It didn't have enough of an adjustment option I wanted. Not worth the money.

    Without sub, not worth the money. But with sub = excellent. Hard to setup with samsung galaxy s22 ultra

    Long time coming. I have been looking to add the Arc, sub and 2 surrounds for over two years just thought it was a little pricy. They had a good sale at Thanksgiving so I got myself an early Christmas present. This system is Simply Awesome and very easy to use!!

    “Speech Enhancement Mode”, NOT!

    Falling short for center channel control and “speech enhancement”. If you need enhancement in dialogue, Bose in my opinion will be the best among Soundbars. Make sure you always have extended warranty coverage as the Bose does have some issues with device firmware and connectivity issues through hdmi. Just more lemons than other brands, but all brands will have their lemons too. Sonos Arc is a great Soundbar but did not have the right features for me. The Sonos app is a little rough to navigate at first as well.

    I had high expectations for this sound bar. However for my hardware it did not work. You must have a television that supports eARC. Without this feature, you will not be able to get Dolby Atmos.

    Purchased the ARC to replace an older sound bar. The ARC is mind blowing. I purchased it with the subwoofer and a pair of ONE SL. The entire system is the best I’ve heard from a set up like this. If your looking for a great system the SONOS system is the best.
