I was fortunate to buy the Sonos soundbar that was available in stock at Best Buy in Nashua. I’ved had previously ordered it online at the BB site. About 4 days later, I’ve received an email to pick up my soundbar. Since Sonos products are priced the same in majority of websites, I felt more comfortable to pick it up at my local store than having it shipped. Needless to say, the packaging was superb and there was a handy carrying handle to carry it i to my car. Product was easy to setup as long as you own a smartphone and the ATMOS feature was a key feature in buying for my home theater setup.

Great sound! They work well with Move 2 speakers. Great customer support! Well worth the money!

I went through several different options for bedroom sound. Liked nothing...until this. Crisp and clear and aesthetically pleasing to boot. Good bass.

Sounds great paired with 2 ERA 300, Gen3 sub and 2 Fives. (I grouped the Fives separately on the app and only use them for music) The Arc, Sub & 2 ERA 300's provide awesome surround sound for movies, and all 6 components together provide incredible sound for music.

Sounds much better than my Bose system and easier to connect

This soundbar is incredible. So easy to set up, and tuning to the specific room was quick. Sounds so good in my condo.

Super loud and great for movies would really recommend

Since I've rarely seen Sonos on sale I finally got my chance. Bought this with the Gen 3 sub and (2) Era 100 speakers for a living room surround setup. Was a bit unsure of the wifi vs bluetooth connection but all components connected fairly easily and have been good since. So far everything sounds great and I can shake the house with it!

The Sonos Arc is absolutely phenomenal. I paired the Arc with the Sub Mini, the sound is fantastic, it's a quantum leap better compare to the LG 5 speakers surround I originally went for. Some people had issue with the speech clarity, so far I haven't noticed it, and also at night I used the speech enhanced feature, works great!

but ever since installing it, I’ve had issues with my TV turning off and on when I first try to turn it on, until I do a reset. Then it works fine until the next time I turn it on. Minor inconvenience, but still super annoying. The sound bar itself is fantastic, I just think I also might need to upgrade my TV, even though it should be compatible. I’ve googled and tried all the troubleshooting, but it’s apparently a thing that happens with some Samsung TVs when you add a sound bar.

Amazing sound...foolproof setup. The product does not disappoint.

Purchased Arc as a companion to my 55" TCL 4K UHD. Installation was really easy as the TCL has an ARC HDMI connection. Just downloaded the app - SONOS S2 - and connection is a breeze. I was looking for a sound bar that didn't need to have a separate Sub Woofer for providing a little thump. I found that the bass capabilities with ARC was sufficient and so much better than the native TCL speakers. I haven't fully tested the immersive sound but if you still need a traditional 5+1 setup, purchase the Sonos One surrounds or Sonos Sub. I highly recommend the Sonos Arc!

Overall sound is very good and does not lack bass. Sub makes a huge difference but standalone everything has exceeded expectations for over a month now.

Wow! What a difference this makes. I have been slowly building my Sonos full surround system over the last several weeks. I had two Sonos Ones as left and right plus the Sub. The Arc makes this setup complete. Mids are stronger and the highs are tuned down a bit to make it not so harsh. Even though the price point is quite high, this is a must have component if you’re building out your Sonos surround system. One hiccup I had in setting everything up was that I needed to keep the WiFi enables on the Arc so the Ones and Sub could connect to each other. Other than that, this thing is pretty amazing.

The Sonos Arc is an amazing soundbar. It gives off the "surround sound" feel in one, easy to set up sepaker. Combined with the sub and it's like I'm a movie theater. It's great for music too. Loud, crisp, clear highs and mids with low, punchy bass that doesn't sound muffled or distorted. It is truly an amazing speaker. It is a little expensive, but worth it. Especially if you can catch it on sale.

3 stars is based on the Arc's performance in my specific use case. I purchased and installed the Sonos Arc with subwoofer and two OneSL surrounds in my great room (Living room, kitchen, dining room with a 16 foot vaulted ceiling) connected to a 2021 Sony A80J tv using the eARC. The Arc system is designed for traditional height, flat ceilings, and uses those ceilings and surrounding walls to reflect the sound to the listener. No sound bar system can compensate for the amount of space in my great room. My great room could not take advantage and benefit from what is otherwise a powerfully designed system in more accommodating spaces. In a smaller space, room, or apartment this system may perform as designed. To evaluate the Sonos Arc system I tuned the system using Sonos True Play app. I selected several recent movies using Dolby Atmos and Dolby 5.1. I did not notice substantial benefit with the Atmos height channels as they were just lost in my vaulted space. Likewise the side firing speakers were lost without a near wall to bounce off. Most concerning to me and not related to my space was the Sonos Arc's ability to clearly play dialogue. Some movies or programs the dialogue was so low it required increased volume that would become unbearable during audio filled action sequences. My previous low cost sound bar in the same space handled dialogue much better for FAR LESS money. The inability of the Arc to consistently and clearly play dialogue was the deal breaker for me. The OneSL surrounds did a good job performing their primary purpose, surround sound. They were clear and enhanced the experience. As stand alone bookshelf speakers for music they performed only ok. The sub was better placed in the rear, closer to the listening position, than in the front. The cost of the Sonos Arc and the Subwoofer is not a great value compared to lesser cost options. Even in a more accommodating space I cannot imagine the Sonos Arc is overwhelmingly better than lesser cost sound bar surround systems. At $2K the Sonos Arc package is as expensive as more capable entry level receivers and wired speakers. Overall, in the correct space for which the Arc system is designed it may be great. In my space it was simply underpowered and could not perform as designed. Overall value is very questionable.

Before receiving this sound bar, we were skeptical about whether it'd be worth the money, and how realistic surround sound would be. Simply put, my wife and I LOVE this thing. We keep it in the living room, and listen to music on the sound bar constantly (over AirPlay). Where the speaker really shines, though, is with surround sound audio—especially when the audio is formatted in Atmos. Sounds as though they're coming from above us—it's pretty incredible. I couldn't recommend this more highly. I can honestly say that this sound bar is one of our favorite purchases from the last year.

The sound bar sounds incredible. I have trouble hearing and often times can’t differentiate some background noise from what I’m supposed to be hearing. This sound bar clearly articulates the variety for me. Combined with surrounding speakers, it’s really made my viewing experience more enjoyable.
