I purchased the soundbar for my new Samsung Frame TV. The original connection was fairly simple and the sound was great on the TV and on streaming music from my phone. However, after the first week of use, the sound became intermittent on the television (not the streaming music). The problem could only be resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cord to the One Box unit on the Samsung TV. After reading the community boards for both Samsung and Sonos, it appears there are firmware difficulties that require manual updating. The firmware updates have been a difficult process and frustrating when thinking about purchase price. I would have returned the Arc product but the deadline passed. So while I can recommend the Sonos Arc for its sound, I cannot recommend the combination of the Sonos Arc and Samsung Frame TV.

I have the Sonos beam and decided with my new television to upgrade to the arc. The beam is great but the arc is unbelievably better. Both systems have a smartphone app that is easy to use and install. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Awesome sound bar. Yes pricy but well worth the cost. Dialog is crisp and produces sound throughout the room really filling it up. Mine is paired with the Sonos sub-woofer to really provide a good soundtrack when watching movies.

I am so happy I purchased this. It is better in my opinion than the Bose system I had. The sou nd is loud and crisp. The sound bar is incredible!!!

the product, I love, the service, I got from best is the worst, first the product was on back order, and when I went to pick it up, no one new when the item was bing deliver, not ever the manager, the customer service is bad at the Simi Valley, Northridge, porter ranch locations, next time, I will buy straight from manufacture, and most deff. will let all my people not to show here any longer

Excellent soundbar! Altered our entire family room TV & music experience…. But pricey, but extremely easy to set up.

I’ve tried the Samsung 900 bar and this one blows it away. The sound is clean and the sinks system Is amazing. Would definitely recommend getting the sub the complete the experience. Trust me it’s worth the money

Brought it at discount sale for Father’s Day Amazing sound just that it needs Wi-Fi and will not work if you have enabled Wi-Fi Wish it works with bluetooth

Installed in the “man cave” for TV/Music. All the kids (age 10-22), and spouse rave about the clarity! No more radio/speakers scattered. This one bar is enough to sound the area and drift outside to firepit.

Phenomenal sound through our entire viewing room! Crisp highs with solid mids and lows. You won’t be disappointed, accompany with sub and you will for sure enjoy an at home cinematic experience!! Entire family and visitors love the new audio experience!!!

Added the Arc to replace the Playbase. Better/clearer sound and voices come through better when watching TV. Playbase had a little more bass. Overall this works much better as everything is now mounted to my wall to free up space. I love it!

I gave my son my older playbar and purchased this ARC for our living room television. Absolute wonderful sound to replace television speakers. When not in use with television and used for music, you'll hear instruments you never heard before.

Paired with Sonos 5 in rear and 2 Sonos subs. Sounds great and easy to install. Connects to Control4 System easily.

The Sonos Arc has superior sound to any other subwoofer. I bought a LG subwoofer and quickly returned it for the Arc. The sound is like night and day!

This is by far the best sound bar I’ve owned. I had bought other brands before and this one is my favorite!The sound quality is excellent and if you end up getting the whole system you will fall in love with it and have a good time with it.

I come from a long line of Advent, Klipsch, Rotel using. This Arc by Sonos tops the sounds hands down

Yes yes yes. So i paired this with a sonos subwoofer. That being said by its self its sweet. With the sub, awesome. There is always a but, BUT make sure your tv has Arc 2.1.

The Sonos ARC Soundbar produces amazing quality sound. It is most attractive sitting below our 65" OLED C2 TV. This is a "must purchase" to enhance the spectacular viewing quality experience of the C2 OLED TV.

I wasnt happy with my old Yamaha sound bar, mostly do to dialogue being difficult to hear after tweaking the settings. Went with the Sonos Arc after a ton of research and am very happy. The atmos took a bit to get used to but I love it now! Definitely recommend.
