We have only had it for a few weeks but the sound is really great. You don’t have to adjust the volume constantly. It just seems to know.

Great sound! I decided to go wireless so I purchased this item along with the Sonos gen 3 sub and a pair of Sonos one’s. Wow! The system was expensive but a purchase i truly enjoy!!

Upgraded from the Sonos playbar. So far we like the arch. Seems to be quieter than the playbar and we have to turn it up to a higher setting to get the same loudness. Could be a setting on the Sonos app I don’t have set right. Connected it with Sonos speakers for surround sound. Only reason I gave 4 stars is cause it is rather pricey.

Wr absolutely love it! Wenhad one problem with pressing a wrong button. They came out an resplved it no problem.

This unit is amazing. I bought it in but I will need a sub but this does great without the additional sub. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great summer

This Sonos ARC is absolutely a complete package as a one-piece Atmos system... The quality of the bass, mid-range, and high-end is outstanding... Highly recommended!

I’m always skeptical about simulated surround, but I have to say this is legit. Really nice and can definitely hear the difference. Not a lot of lows though, so make sure you get the sub.

A little pricey, but definitely worth the money. You get what you pay for.

Bought the Arc as an upgrade from my Sonos Playbar, thinking that I would return Arc if was not significantly better than the Playbar. Well, the Arc is a considerable audio improvement. Voices are much clearer and there is less of a gap between conversations and background sounds. The HDMI cable functions much better than the Playbar optical connection too. So it is a keeper and the Playbar is going to the basement TV for the kids. However the Alexa app by Sonos/Amazon is useless. Voice commands to play music are nonfunctional. Alexa and Sonos are not able to understand music service commands. Don’t even begin to try mixing Echo and Sonos speakers either. I do have Amazon Music which doesn’t help. Sonos and Amazon really fell on the faces with this Alexa application. In short, don’t buy the Arc for the Alexa app function because it doesn’t exist right now. According to other reviews it quite working on all Sonos speakers.

Solid sound bar; audio is crisp, but not that well-rounded in base. And surround is a bit lacking.

In May 2024, Sonos rewrote their mobile app. The new version breaks connectivity for many existing setups, removes features, and adds bugs and significant lag. After years of using an Arc + Ones + Sub Mini system + Move system, I now can no longer connect to it at all, even after resetting. They removed email support, phone support has more than an hour's hold time, and the CEO's email is listed but just ignores you. Do not buy from this company if you want your products to keep working. This is their second major software release that broke existing products (the first being their S1 to S2 transition a few years ago). Whether it's planned obsolescence or just plain incompetence, the end result is that many people now have bricked speakers (check the app store reviews). Do not buy!

Great sound! I built my home theater around the Sonos Arc Soundbar. I also got the Sonos Sub and a pair of SL One's. Along with my Vizio OLED it's like I'm in a high end movie theater.
