I was expecting a lot more out of this sound bar after all the hype. The speakers on my 98" TCL TV were louder, and the built-in clear voice on the TV was better. Not to mention I could not get the sound bar to pair with the android app and had to turn the volume up with the sound bar. I returned it within 48 hours.

The best soundbar ever made. I have tried them all. The sound is so rich and deep without even adding the sub or surrounds. But it is even more great with the additions. Hopefully i can afford to buy more of these for other rooms around the house. The Sonos system is very pricey but i hate to admit it..... it might be worth it.

Great product overall. I would recommend the sonos arc to anyone looking for a surround sound system.

The Sonos Arc certainly sounds better than my LG OLED CX65 screen however I have had to reset it twice in my first week of use. Additionally, I thought it had voice controls. If it does, this goes to my last concern about the online support manual not be very definitive.

Took a while to set up there needs to be more instructions to help installation the app is difficult to set up especially with no instructions

I have been searching forever for a soundbar that I can hear dialogue with. Well…I’ve finally found it! I can actually watch TV with the family now because I can actually hear what everyone is saying. If you’re on the fence about this soundbar, I highly suggest you purchase it and find out for yourself how awesome it is.

Voice assistant is intermittent to the point of un usability. Wi-Fi is completely unusable. I have a sub and two surrounds paired with it, which I cannot use because it has hijacked them. Sonos Support blames my Internet, my phone, my intelligence, etc. despite the fact that my other identical system works fine. So I have a glorified soundbar.
