    Sonos App version 80 is Bad, really Bad.

    These speakers are great but just a warning if you're planning on buying these now. (May 31, 2024) The new app update that they call version 80 has removed quite a few features that were available in the previous versions. For me the removal of queue management and local music library access are on top of the list. These are now gone. Check out the Sonos forums and you'll find that a lot of users are having problems and are not happy. If you read the latest reviews of their Android and iPhone apps you will see they are mostly 1 or 2 stars. Most users are also reporting that it is now very laggy and can't even find their speakers. The problem is that when you update to the latest version you're stuck with it and can't go back to the previous one - at least on iOS. With Sonos system the app is needed to setup or add new speakers. So you will be now stuck with a system that is not as good as they used to be capable of. I don't know who at Sonos approved this app to be released. It is obviously an unfinished beta version. It seems like they had to release it to meet a certain deadline. Did not even consider that many users will be negatively affected. I don't know how long they can fix these issues but I would not recommend purchasing these speakers for now.

    East to hook up and works like a charm using the Apple app. Highly recommend it. Only downside is will not also function like a Bluetooth speaker for different music apps. Also adding a sub is a must for me but your mileage may vary.

    This sound bar is pretty good but not as great as expected. Was expecting it to be better than Bose as per their description!

    Sounds hi good, but failed to meet my expectations. Feel the Geek Squad didn’t know the product well enough to teach me how to use it. They even told me things that were not accurate.

    I've been with Sonos for more than 7 years. When the Arc was announced, I was beyond excited and picked this up along with the mount for my surround sound system. The sound is great. However, the support for sales and technical are absolutely terrible. I've used support in the past and they were great. Then, when Airplay 2 got announced, things went bad. They said "buy this, everything will work", it didn't. Fast forward to now, I've had a sales ticket (2 actually) and a support ticket placed opened since the first week of June. It's August, not a single reply. I've reached out on the phone/the new crappy chat/twitter, no responses or updates. Just a "let's create another ticket". Look, Sonos for its cost is an amazing product. But be warned about their support, their app is rough (even the new cat vomit colored S2 app they just released) and the random issues you'll face.

    Love this sound bar. It is worth every penny. Jodie was awesome help and showed us perks of all the systems, but we landed on this because of the ease and use and how easily it can be upgraded. Also there’s not a thousand wires.

    I’ve had several problems with sound drop out, so I purchased the Sonos Boost but it doesn’t help. Also the boost is supposed to be a bridge from my router to the other Sonos speakers but they all still connect individually slowing my WiFi.

    Amazing headphones. The noise cancelling feature is so good it makes flying fun. They aren't cheap though.
