Bestbuy is the worst at managing logistics. The product got damaged in transit, I get it stuff happens. What Best Buy didnt do is what created a terrible customer experience for me, they didnt even know this happened. UPS didnt deliver the sound bar because it got damaged in transit, but Best buy didnt even know this happend. It took for me to contact them asking them for a resolution, they then said we will send a replacement immediately, and then when i check the next day, the order was canceld and no replacement was sent. I will never order from them again, I will continue to use Amazon!

Bar is not level due to the TV attachment not properly attached. Have reached out to have it corrected.

Went in Best Buy and was told its simple. Maybe it is simple to connect, but I'm electronically challenged. So my $1000. Sound bar is sitting in its box.

After receiving forced updates, you always have to retune with a I-product. N Recently the updates killed my bass! Needless to say im very upset with the money ive spent just to have the updates change the sound i once loved. I wish i would have spent my money on Bose now. Buyer beware.

This update addresses bug fixes and performance enhancements, including a fix for an audio quality issue that reduced Sub output for Arc, Beam, or Ray when paired with a Sub or Sub Mini while Trueplay was enabled.

The only thing is that in the product description, the bar was listed as “mountable” and in no part it was specified that a base sold separately was needed.
