    Wasn't happy with it. Returned it for the Sony soundbar and sub/surrounds. There was no sense of surround at all. I picked Dolby Atmos movies and shows. Couldn't hear anything out of the rear surrounds unless I cranked their volume up but that raises the volume for everything thus drowning out the rears. The subwoofer only thumps. My twenty year old 10" sub sounds better. App has very little in the way of adjustments. An EQ that only adjusts treble and bass is not an EQ. Seriously? I replaced the Sonos system with Sony. Much better in every respect. After reading all of these reviews about how great the Sonos system is, I don't get it. It was just average, Like, $899.99 for a full system average, not almost 3k.

    Great soundbar when it works but it keeps cutting out for a good time and I have to reset to get it to work again. This will happen multiple times throughout a movie. Need Sonos to fix this issue

    Best buy total cate and their customer service has really improved over the years , i have found prices to be better and at a minimum they match but total care really is the advantage

    The Sonos Arc is a truly amazing soundbar…just not in bright white. For some, I’m sure the colour is perfect, but not for me. The sound is fabulous, though
