Returned, it was good but for the price I wanted more and the need to use apple for really getting acoustics right is a fail.

It’s a decent soundbar with good bass. Recommend it . Little expensive Alexa could be integrated in a better way

TV picture has come a lot further than the sound that comes with them. Sonos sound bar closes the gap.

Hear crackling noise occasionally not sure what the problem is. I bought a open box item, so chances are defective and that could be the reason it might have returned initially by other buyer. Other than that weird noise it's pretty easy to set-up. I'm going to return.

Sound is great. Super easy to set up and pair with a Sub Mini and Sonos Ones for rear surround.

The sound was just as good as my TCL TV speakers that are built in basically. Definitely underwhelming for the price. Honestly what I was shown on display was the upgrade version and I thought that is what I was getting as an open box… I couldn’t pass up $500 for a soundbar that retails for $1100 but this one was less than $100 in savings. I returned it within a few days. Also you NEED a subwoofer! The app was easy to use

I purchased the soundbar only (no sub, no rears). I am not blown away by the surround sound (especially the Atmos), but overall am very pleased with it. I still have the option to add a sub and rear surrounds if I choose, and I read that with those the surround experience is much better. The best thing about this soundbar for me is it simply works, all the time. I have it connected over wi-fi and have zero connection issues. It’s been very reliable.

Make sure you have an idea of what you are using with. I was trying to hook up my Dell laptop, Epson EX9240 1080p projector and Samsung TV and I not able to make the Sonos ARC soundbar work properly. I purchased a HDMI matrix, Arcana eARC converter and all 4k HDMI cables to try different combinations. After trying all kinds of combinations, here’s what worked and what didn’t. What worked with Sonos: Optical connection to the TV directly - the Sonos was synced with the TV remote through this connection and I could get the TV channels audio via Sonos. Sonos couldn’t produce sound from the outputs of the Bose Receiver. What did not work with Sonos: Connecting TV or projector with Sonos app or HDMI - I found that I will need a TV with ARC feature to make the Sonos work with my projector and laptop connections. Apparently I can’t bypass that feature of Sonos. So check the output of your TV, and if you don’t have ARC capability, this is not going to work for you. If your TV is over 5 years old, chances are you may not have the feature. It works perfectly well with smart phone using the app and love the sound quality with the songs I play from my phone. I gave 1 star because it didn’t work for my application, which was to connect to a 1080p projector and DELL laptop.

Our surround sound system finally went off to the big entertainment center in the sky and we went on the hunt for a new one. I did not want one that had an overly complicated app and one that would integrate easily. We were recommended the Sonos arc along with their larger bass unit, not an inexpensive purchase but we tend to buy once and cry once when we can afford to do so. We brought them home and tried to get it set up. The app was making connecting the bass unit difficult and we couldn't get the sound right. There were a lot of speakers all firing off sound, but it was more like a noise than sound as all of them tried to enter the room at the same time. The voices were too low compared to the rest of the sound and when we tried to calibrate it and correct the volume we found the main hurdle we couldn't fix. We do not have an Iphone. Sonos will tell you directly that the only way you can calibrate their system is to have an Iphone, and if you do not have an Iphone just get someone who does to come over and calibrate it for you. Um, no thank you, and we were slightly annoyed that we were not told of this issue at purchase. There is no mention that if you do not have the Iphone you are only going to get about 70% of the speakers functionality and about 50% control. This is not an Iphone versus Samsung debate, this is about purchasing something that you cannot use without that knowledge. Without it, it is a lot of noise and not refined. The speakers actually caused a frequency that when emitted caused pain in my ears, neck and back, with no way to reduce that for us. If you have an Iphone, this might be an amazing system. If you do not, I would recommend Bose, which is what we ended up going back to.
