Posted .Hi, and thank you for your review! Usually drop outs are a cause of some sort of network interference or reliability. If you'd like to use TV speakers, you can always tell the tv to send audio out through it's own speakers in the audio settings of you TV. The only thing is that in the product description, the bar was listed as “mountable” and in no part it was specified that a base sold separately was needed.

Everything is fine, except every 10 or 15 minutes the sound goes silent for a couple seconds. I went to the store to see what can be done, and they supplied me with a phone number for me to call sonos. On the shortest call I have ever made the lady told me with a single breath that I should go back to Best Buy as they are the only one who can help me. Anything also I can help you with? That’s how the call went. Tomorrow back to the store and I am very curious how it ends.
