The Arc is designed to be a plug-and-play system, so we understand how frustrating this situation must be. If you're still experiencing issues, We would like to offer a few common troubleshooting tips that might help:

      WiFi Setup: If there are multiple networks in your home, ensure your Arc and the Sonos app are on the same network. Sometimes, dual-band routers can cause connectivity challenges.

      Firmware and App Updates: Check that both the Sonos app and your Arc are on the latest versions, as this can impact compatibility.

      Factory Reset and Reinstall: As a last resort, a factory reset and fresh install can sometimes clear up lingering issues.

    Does not work I been with customer service for over two hours and they don’t help

    I didn't really care for it. It was too bulky to sit on a mantle. The sound wasn't as good as I thought it should be. I returned it.

    My Lovely wife bought me the Arc as a gift for our anniversary. This soundbar is like no other soundbars out there. The sounds is extraordinary and you can feel it filling the room from all directions. Even with the normal 2.0 stereo it sounds great, let alone the 5.1 or dolby atmos contents. And it looks very luxuries as well and most importantly it's very easy to setup and tune using trueplay on the sonos app on iphone/ ipad.

    The soundbar is the best I have own and the most expensive too, but it's worth it. Sound is great better than most on this price range.

    I really like the sound that comes from the Arc, I've tested it with channel separation and wow does it do an amazing job with the sides and Atmos channel. Bass is good, but I do have paired with a subwoofer and rears, so that helps. However, I believe that the eArc only input only is a huge limitation to this product. In my setup, there is a well known issue with eArc on AppleTV 4K and LG CX TVs, where audio will skip after playing Atmos titles. There is no current fix except for a $200 HD Fury Arcana, which is not an option. You can resolve by playing a PCM file afterwards, but really, that becomes a pain. Great product, but limited by the eArc only input.

    It is fantastic and we are enjoying it so much. I didn’t realize how much I could enjoy my TV like a movie theater without all the excess noise in the theaters so I am thrilled and happy that I purchased it.

    recently bought an open box. the open box item was wonderfully packaged and the staff very helpful. I don't know if the arc is better than similarly priced other soundbars.... but I do know that it is better than the 5 year old $400.00 one it replaced. I highly recommend.

    Good sound, bad sync with Alexa

    The sound from the soundbar is great. I docked it one star because getting it to sync with Alexa and my other Sonos products has been a pain. Too complicated to explain but I will need Sonos' customer support to figure out the problem.

    Really nice product, Sonos is a great brand. Unboxing this item is such a cathartic experience. They pack it up so well and really take care to ensure it is delivered safely to the customer. Can’t say enough.

    I buy Sonos ho e theate good product. But Best Buy send me always email that review the product and get 400$ coupon. But I never get that coupon

    Don't buy until they fix compatibility issues

    When it works, it sounds great. Unfortunately the sound randomly cuts off several times a day/evening on certain streaming apps like YouTube TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We bought a new Sony TV X900H and this sound system and I would take back the old set up to get rid of this issue. After some online research, this is a known issue between Sony and Sonos that they are "working on". I would not recommend buying this Sonos sound system until they get the bugs worked out. I expected WAY more for $2000.
