No complaints for this! The sound is great, setup is ridiculously easy, and the seamlessness of use between the Arc, Sub, and LG C1 is unmatched. Highly recommend if it’s within your budget.

Good soundbar. Goes well with era100 or era300 for surround. A little overpriced but hopefully it lasts.

Nice rich sound plus added two ERA 100 speakers and the Mini sub-woofer to complete my surround sound.

Excellent sound quality! With the firmware and app updates the Atmos is far more powerful than it originally was. Obviously it is lacking in bass, but that is to be expected without a sub. By adding the Sonos sub it really completes the audio range and brings the Arc to life.

Amazing sound especially when I paired it with my Sonos sub and speakers. Great sound in my home theater whether watching movies, games or listening to music.

Meh. I don't understand the price tag around this unit. It was hyped up to me by the Buy Techs as the primo unit in sound and that they owned these units themselves for the sound quality but I failed to notice the WOW factor. Every time I turn on the TV it seems like I have to press the "+" button many time before a noticeable difference in sound quality and volume is achieved. Also, It tops out too early as I feel that I am almost as the highest volume setting to notice any real quality. Not to many bells or whistles related to sound adjustment, just treble and bass. The only thing that seems to be a major selling point besides Alexa and voice commands it that it's truly wireless with it supporting components. The upward facing speakers do make it seem like the sound is coming from the tv but again, I want to feel like I'm at the movies! In some instances (even with UHD movies and I have the TV that supports it to included DVD player) it fails to pick up lower levels of dialog and if a character is the only one speaking but is in the background or turned slightly the voice drops off/subdue or "quieted" making it harder to understand what that character's lines were. Overall, I will spend money when I believe the quality is there. With this, I feel like I deserve a rebate.

I cant say enough about this soundbar. If youve been checking reviews and noticed this at the top, there's a reason! This has the best sound and atmos makes everything sound exceptional. Is it worth 7 to 800. Yes.

What a great soundbar!!! Setup was easy and works flawlessly. The wireless surround sound with the sub and the rear speakers is amazing. I have a large room with high ceilings and this speaker projects the sound without distortion or lag. The app interface is easy to use and works very well.

This is one of the best sound bars that money can buy right now and I really love that it is modular and you can add multiple speakers and a subwoofer to it.

Very nice soundbar. The only thing that I have against the soundbar is that you need so many components to make it better. As a stand alone is good but not the best. With 2 subs, it's ahead of the others. Samsung has the 11.2 channel soundbar and by itself is way better than the sonos.

Excellent Sonos quality and sound app very poorly designed but in the midst of major renovations

The store demo does this soundbar no justice!! Add the sub and you really have a powerful setup! I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised with the full sound it creates. Movies & music are clear and detailed. Very pleased and happy with my purchase. (Not the price)

I wasn't that impressed until I paired it with the Sonos sub-woofer and then the Arc really came to life. Earth shaking bass and great sound dispersion.

I am quite impressed by the sound quality. This is coming from a 5.1 surround system. I do miss the front left - right sound separation you typically experience from a basic 5.1 system. The enhance voice selection on the app really helps sound clarity when a movie is playing in Dolby Atmos.

I just had my oven delivered so I cannot write on the product. But I CAN write about the delivery service...the up to the minute info on estimated delivery ..the two delivery men who delivered the stove were FANTASTIC.. they were quick, neat and work so in sync..they took rhe old oven and ALL OF THE BOXING WASTE with them. They were respectful to our hime and pleasant. This is hands down the fastest, easiest, cleanest delivery of all my BEST BUY purchases!!!

Very satisfied with this product. Integrated just as I was hoping it would with my iTunes setup. The setup interface made it super easy to configure the Sonus Amp and Sub. Quality product!

I bought this as a companion piece for a new OLED tv. I had a mounted on the wall underneath my TV, and it blends in perfectly. The sound is dynamic with rich bass, and top notch clarity. It shines with both music and tv.

I have both Sonos arc 5.1 and Bose Soundbar 700 5.1. I think I like Sonos arc better. For mobile app, Sonos app is good. Bose app really sucks. For Sound quality, I like Sonos arc. If you are considering among sonos arc and Bose 700 which both cost 700, I will definitely recommend Sonos Arc with sub and two rear speakers.
