Not what I was expecting

Definitely underwhelming for the price. Honestly what I was shown on display was the upgrade version and I thought that is what I was getting as an open box… I couldn’t pass up $500 for a soundbar that retails for $1100 but this one was less than $100 in savings. I returned it within a few days. Also you NEED a subwoofer! The app was easy to use

There's nobody to call it seems and I have to learn how to fix it, reconnect it or what ever... which I do not want to do or think I should have to! For the cost of this system I just want it to work. So, I guess my two stars are based more on the service than the product. Then again I wish it just worked!
