SONOS ARC is a versatile sound bar, because in addition to serving as the sound source for your TV, it also serves as speakers for streaming musing in the house. Great spatial sound with side and upward firing speakers. Coupled with a wireless sub-woofer from SONOS, it is a great buy.

TV picture has come a lot further than the sound that comes with them. Sonos sound bar closes the gap.

This is by far the best soundbar I have ever heard. Loud, has bass although you’ll want the sub anyhow. It’s a powerful soundbar.

The bar fits well under the TVs in the Great room and Study. They sound well for the few times we have used them.

Good voice center channel. Rich depth of sound without the sub woofer, but totally rocks when paired with a subwoofer.

I’ve had several products from someone else and they all suffer from the same problem. Set up is extremely annoying. It never works the way it should be and you end up just having to reset the device over and over again until it magically works. Devices frequently become unsynced from your Wi-Fi network and require a reset. This is especially obnoxious on a sound bar that supposed to be mounted to the wall, because you have to unmount it in order to plug in a ethernet cable. None of their products offer Bluetooth connectivity which limits the devices. For instance, if your power goes out you won’t be able to play music from your phone or any other source because you need constant Wi-Fi. Now that I’m done complaining, I will say that the sound is very good

I purchased the Arc, sub woofer, and two One SL and I’m amazed of the sound. I recommend this for a small to a medium size room.

Sounds good but I was expecting more of a theater sound effect.

The clarity of speech with the Sonos ARC Soundbar is outstanding. I can actually understand what they are saying on my streaming services 98 percent of the time.

Good standalone soundbar but you need to purchase the sub to make the system optimal.

The Sonos Arc when paired with the Sonos Sub literally creates a Dolby Cinema experience in your home. Whether watching TV shows or films mixed in Dolby Atmos this system provides unreal properformance. After tuning with Sonos TruePlay adjustments this system provides a full sound stage that encompasses the room. After purchasing you have to test it out by watching Dune. You will literrally feel every bit of the film’s complex sound design. Also music sounds spectacular on it too!

A little thin on the bass side, but overall sounds good. Very easy to set up with the companion app.

Very good sound, but you need the Sub to go along with this product. The Bar alone will not give the true sound.

First, BestBuy and Magnolia teams are great. In regards to Sonos/Arc - the product is solid and easy to setup and use, however -- beware that their customer support is so poor that it must be part of your overall buying decision. Be prepared for 2+ hour phone waits, 2 week waits on email replies or just overall being completely ignored. I have full Sonos systems in 2 homes and would likely not further invest in the platform due to the support experience being so difficult and miserable. Can't even emphasize enough how incredibly poor they are - not sustainable.
