Love the Sonos Arc. Upgraded my TV so it would have eARC and be able to run seamlessly thought the TV. Easy setup and sounds great. Purchased in white so it blends in much better then the previous Playbar. Sound is fantastic. I have is setup with Sonos Sub and Sonos by Sonance in-ceiling speakers powered by Gen 2 Amp.

I had considered buying the prior generation Sonos Playbar for nearly a year... only procrastinated hoping a new model would be released. enter the Arc... as soon as I saw it was being released I wanted it. Set up was a breeze. Literally- plug in, connect to TV via HDMI, download the app- and it walked me through every step. The sound is amazing. Atmos sound- like I’m in the center of the action with 3D sound- with just the ARC. I don’t have any surround speakers (yet)- but not even sure I need them. I don’t know how the voodoo works to make it sound like something is happening behind me with only a sound bar- but it works! Love it and recommend it!

I have used all brands of sound bars over the years in an effort to save a little money. I thought Bose was highly regarded and tried that. I even purchased the Sonos Beam, which I was pleased with. However, for our large great room (with very high vaulted ceilings) I decided to get the Arc and Sonos One speakers. The surround sound effect is outstanding. It like being in a movie theater or at a live sporting event. And is was really easy to set up. Couldn’t be happier and glad I finally bucked up the money!

I've had this just two weeks now, but wow - what a difference! I was using the TV speakers on my 82" Samsung. I had to be sure to set the DirecTV box and Xbox to output Dolby Digital and then voila! I'm glad I didn't get the extra bass module as this puppy has enough for me! I only have ARC (not eARC) and it's still amazing. The "night" mode helps when you don't want to wake anyone up too. I like the clear-voice option as well. The best thing is that, with only one input, I don't have to worry about switching inputs with a remote.

Crisp Sound Punchy Bass Easy to setup Simple Design I paired with a mini-sub and I'm convinced thats all you need for a setup. I play music, watch movies. Definitely worth the money. Best setup if you are trying to avoid a 'box of things' regarding audio equipment.

I was a bit skeptical of how good a soundbar could sound compared to a true home theater system. I was a bit of a snob about it for years, but I finally relented after realizing I wanted to just simplify my speaker setup and make it as easy as possible for my wife and house guests to use. With that as my goal, Sonos was the answer. Upon setting this up, I was extremely impressed with the sound quality, ease of use, and the fact that it actually made me hear sound effects to the sides and above me when watching Atmos content. This thing rules!

Sonos Arc soundbar has actually impressed me since I've now owned this for some time. I have a true 5.1 home audio setup in the living room and have always ran with separate components when ita come to home audio. In this situation I wanted something pretty minimal and easy to set up in our bedroom. I have a medium/large bedroom, it's about 20x15 feet. We have a 65" OLED set in the bedroom, which like usual these days due to the thin designed tv's the sound is usually a bit lack luster. After a lotbof research and debate mainly due to the cost of this and the Sonos Sub i initially hesitated on my purchase, but decided to give a shot. I'm very happy with my choice, especially with the sub, it's never going to replace a true home theater set-up but most of us know that already.

Amazing soundbar, powerful and clear sound whether you are listening to music or TV/movies. It also has nice bass even without the subwoofer. Works as a "hub" when you connect other Sonos devices to it wirelessly (subwoofer, surround sound speakers, etc). Only trouble I had was during initial setup, it is supposed to connect to your wi-fi but it wouldn't. I had to use an ethernet cable and plug directly to a port in the router to finish the setup. Afterwards, the soundbar was able to find the wi-fi and complete the process as I connected other devices to it. Other than that hiccup, I love the quality and am very happy with it.

This blew me away. I bought a JBL 7.1 sound bar a few years ago and said I would never get a sound bar again. A friend said to give this a chance and it sounds so much better in my home than in the store. I looked up recommended movie scenes that excelled at Dolby atmos. I had sounds coming at me from the ceiling for the first time. Overall it sounds great. I added the sub even though it didn’t really need it but I wanted to feel the bass. A few days later I added the surrounds which sound good on their own.

This is a really great sound bar. I have mine paired with 2 play ones for surround and it truly packs a punch. The bass on the sound bar is amazing, I will be getting the sub gen 3 to complete the system, but on its own the sound bar has amazing bass response. Currently I have the sound bar connected with arc (not eARC) but I am able to get Dolby atmos through my TVs built in apps. Atmos on the bar is amazing. I can only imagine how much better it will sound if connected with eARC and a good 4K blu ray player. Do your research and make sure your settings are right for your devices and you will get the most out of this device.

Couldn’t be happier with the quality of sound from this bar. Set up is a breeze and the app is extremely user friendly. Some might say this isn’t a true high end system. While that might be true the sound at least for me is amazing. I have it paired with a Sonos Mini sub and 2 S1 speakers as rears. The wireless functionality is excellent. I did upgrade my TV with an e-arc port which eliminated voice synch challenges.

Love the soundbar. Paired with the Gen 3 sub and a pair of the ERA 300 makes for an incredible theater experience. I’ve been a bit of a purist I guess you can say when it comes to the audio portion of the AV experience. By that I mean a high end Yamaha receiver, with high end Klipsch speakers to create a robust sound experience. I wasn’t about the swap that system out for anything but having recently upgraded another slightly smaller room with an LG OLED, I wanted to upgrade what was a less beefier AV setup in that room so I decided on the Arc and wow, was I blown away with how it performed. The clarity of dialogue and the spatial effects from action sequences in movies is just incredible. The ability to tune the soundbar and the other components via Trueplay makes for such an easy setup experience. The Sonos app itself isn’t the greatest but I’ve worked with worse. For the price of the system compared to what I would have had to pay in individual components to get the same experience, Sonos was the way to go without a doubt. I’m even considering moving the Sonos setup into the main room it’s that good.

Sounds great and I really like the two-cord set up. I do not think you need a sub with it since it's so bassy. You should also make sure this goes on your table since it's rather large. I would recommend mounting it if you can Easy to connect to spotify Not easy to connect to Google

I have been a Sonos customer almost since the product line was launched so I do have a bias that Sonos makes amazing speaker systems. The Arc is no exception. With its eleven drivers, the soundbar sounds excellent by itself, and even better when paired with rear speakers and a sub woofer. The sound is full, fills the room and enhances television and movies very well for many sized rooms. Sonos makes setup of any of its products easy and what separates Sonos from competition is each product is how amazing a whole house sounds when multiple Sonos products can sync together to play music in any and all rooms you have a speaker placed. Walking from room to room, you hear the same music played perfectly sync'ed. You can play different music too and with Alexa integration we just ask for what we want to hear and we don't even have to use our smart phones to control our speakers. One point that isn't clarified enough in my opinion is the Sonos Arc does play Dolby Atmos from standard HDMI ARC too if the TV presents it via internal streaming players or simply get a Chromecast. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney + apps do have content with Atmos. The added nuances to movies are easily noticed. Dolby and Sonos go together amazingly. Directions and many online videos say the TV must support eARC (enhanced audio reverse channel) but my Vizio quantum dot TV presents Atmos just fine though the HDMI ARC port. Good luck, these speakers are expensive but just speaking for my experience when I upgrade I find the build quality superb. I have given away Play 3s, Play 5s, playbars, to my friends and family as they never break or need repair. The quality exceeds my expectation. Everyone hears music and sound a little differently so I appreciate Bose, Harmon Kardon, Klipsch, Polk Audio and other great sounding speakers as well. Many will find it hard to distinguish Sonos above their favorites and I agree. To me, the audio production is on par with any if not above higher end speakers and what places sonos over the edge for me is it's unique ability to interoperate with all Sonos products together so you can build a whole home experience from room to room. I am not compensated in any way from Sonos, just true experience. I would like the costs to be 25 to 50% less personally but the investment has been worth it for the years I have experienced with mine.

I wanted to simplify my life and replace my older 5.1 speaker set and Yamaha receiver. First thing I noticed, connecting my Xbox directly to the TV, the picture! I can’t believe the receiver was causing so much of an issue with the video signal. Anyway, This sound bar is great, you’ll never get the full affect of the surround sound with just the bar, but it’s pretty close. One wire to hook up and download the app you’re done. Doesn’t get much easier than that! Everything just works!
