We love this soundbar! It is a great improvement over the Bose that we purchased first and returned when it malfunctioned. The sound is great but the features are even better. It has built in voice activation that allows you to just say "Sonos, mute" when the phone rings or "Sonos, increase the volume", etc. And, it has a number of adjustments like nighttime sound (diminishes the big booms so kids can sleep) or dialogue enhancement that makes dialogue more clear and also the ability to adjust the sound to personal preferences. The features alone make this soundbar so worth it. I am now a big Sonos fan!!

This soundbar with the sub woofer and surround speakers is an amazing setup. It was relatively easy to get setup. The sound is amazing once you setup trueplay. My wife’s family was in town and they were blown away by the sound when we were watching movies. My nephew said it felt like they were at the movies. This was a big upgrade for me for an old Samsung soundbar from 2016 with no surround speakers. So I’m really glad I made this purchase and would recommend it highly!

[Employee of bestbuy] The quality of the sound is amazing and unbeatable. This speaker has a very deep bass with high-pitched noises Fortunately I bought the warranty, my ex attempted to play some youtube videos that are bad for the speaker in attempt to ruin the speaker and all i had to do was get it replaced in the store.

Slimmer than the original sound bar with an ARC HDMI connection for the TV. If your TV doesn't have ARC connectivity, you can use the included optical to ARC HDMI adapter. The sound is better than decent but you will need the subwoofer if you really want a big, full spectrum sound. When adding a Sonos amp with rear channel speakers or stand alone Sonos surround speakers you got yourself a nice home theater audio setup. Alexa integration and airplay capability is just icing on the cake.

The speaker itself is phenomenal. The sound is very high-quality and connecting to it is a breeze since it’s all through the Wi-Fi. it’s a better connection as well and it’s nice to connect with different devices. The only issue I have is the connection to the TV. It often gets disconnected and disconnects if you have anything else connected to other HDMI slots. Sometimes it’s not recognized so you have to unplug all the HDMI‘s and then re-plugin the one for the speaker first so the TV recognizes it. Kind of a pain, doesn’t happen very often but it would be nice if this bug was fixed somehow.

The arc sounds great. It delivers great depth of sound which truly enhances the enjoyment of listening to music and watching movies. However, I’m not sure that it is greatly different than the Sonos playbar for the novice listener. Cons: it is still on the expensive side

This soundbar sounds amazing in my room (a 16x21 rectangular bedroom with an open vanity). The bass is sufficient, but I will be pairing with the subwoofer very soon. For most people, this might not be necessary. The number of drivers on this soundbar puts it at the top of the list for its price range. Paired with the Roku automatically. It is necessary to place soundbars at a relatively ideal height (think ear level), so this might have an effect on the sound you get out of it.

Seriously, the best sound bar and options to expand to a full surrounding sound package. The sound quality is bar none, THE BEST. I have had a Samsung, Sony abs Vizio. NEVER buy a vizio, absolute garbage. The simplicity of Sonos is such a refreshing set up. It’s a super immersive experience for music or movies PLUS it’s so freakin easy to set up. YES this is a premium price but worth every penny. I waited for Black Friday and the arc, 2 speakers and subwoofer total 1599.00 plus tax.

Great soundbar with atmos and an easy to use tuning app. Modular, so you can add the wireless sub and rear speakers as desired. Value is a bit sketchy, Sonos gear is pretty spendy. Also be aware that the soundbar itself is quite large.

Our old house was wired for surround sound and moved to a new home that wasn’t wired. I love my Sonos Move and looked into the Sonos Arc as a new option for our home theater. I love it and the Sonos sound is incredible. I did not purchase the bass and don’t think it is necessary. The Arc is easy to use between TV, Streaming or just listening to music through the Sonos app. I would highly recommend to anyone trying to simplify their home theater but wants great sound! Congratulations Sonos!

Had Sonos ones and loved their quality for several years. Now Connected as rears to this with the sub for 5.1.2 with Dolby atmos. It’s excellent. Is it the best you can get for surround sound? No, a full system and separate speakers and wires would be. But for ease of setup and power, best sound bar by a long shot. I’m not an audio file, but it has to sound “good”. This hits all the right notes.

I went through 3 sound bars before I settled on this one. Absolutely amazing sound, and I like that it could pair with other Sonos speakers so that it could create a full theater sound, but it wasn't super necessary, it does amazing as a stand alone. I also appreciated the ability to be loud without drowning out the words in movies. It connects to a huge range of TV's, and especially takes advantage of an ARC HDMI. I love it and so does everyone that listens to it.

[Employee of bestbuy] The Sonos Arc is amazing and honestly I can't recommend it enough. Not only is it eARC compatible but it also you can stream music from it from the Sonos App which is fantastic. You can also use it to play Music as an alarm which is absolutely smart and I love it

The Sonos Arc Soundbar with Dolby Atmos is hands down the best soundbar I’ve ever owned! The sound quality is phenomenal, with deep bass, clear mids, and crisp highs that create an incredibly immersive audio experience. The Dolby Atmos feature adds a whole new dimension to movies and music, making it feel like the sound is coming from all around you. It's easy to set up, and the sleek design blends perfectly with my living room decor. Whether you're watching a movie, gaming, or just listening to music, this soundbar delivers top-notch performance every time. Highly recommended!

The Sonos - Arc Soundbar is the smartest Dolby Atmos soundbar purchase in 2021. I am very picky about my TVs' soundbars, and I have always been impressed with Sonos products. I was waiting to see if the Arc would go down in price since first coming on the market. The joke was on me. All the waiting was for naught, and resulted in purchases that were both pre-orders 6 months apart. Sony, Vizio, Bose, etc. all make great Dolby Atmos Soundbars, but the universal adaptability of the Sonos, as well as the ability to upgrade the entire system over time (my wallet appreciates this point especially), makes it the best soundbar I have used. The soundbars have gone through monthly updates (enhancements to the App soundbar itself), which tells me the engineers at Sonos are prioritizing the "future-proofing" of their product. Also, the Night Mode and Voice Enhancement features actually work as advertised and not just gimmicks, or features that cause distortions like so many other soundbars that have similar features. I wouldn't let the price be a deterrent in your decision (like I originally did), because the Arc soundbar and the Sonos brand are going to save you money in the long run. I can't imagine going back to any other brand after the great experiences with the two that I own.
