Very happy with the soundbar, I bought one that had been returned to Best Buy and rated in excellent condition. My only concern with the purchase is that when it arrived it only had the power cable with it, the HDMI cable and optical adapter weren't in the box.

Couldn’t be more pleased with sound, ease of use and aesthetics of the arc

I had the playbar and decided I wanted to upgrade to the ARC which offers Dolby Atoms. I couldn’t be happier. The sound quality is top notch and paired with the sub and 2 Sonos ones… I feel like I am at a movie theater in my own home. It is pricey about $864 with tax but it’s very much worth it and with sonos you know you’ll easily get 7-10 years out of the product

Upgraded from a Samsung bar. The Arc really fills the room in comparison. The app is really easy to use and I love there is no additional remote. My Apple TV remote controls the volume and you use the app to adjust the EQ. Grouping other Sonos products is easy to do with voice control.

Very high quality sound. Easy set-up, especially if you already have a Sonos network.

My first purchase of a Sonos product. I use it with my Samsung Frame TV. Its pricey, but if you have a nice TV its makes sense not to skimp on the audio. Before purchase compared against Samsung HW-Q70T. I chose the Arc over it because the dialogue came through much clearer. The form factor is also much less obtrusive (we have a birch wooden cabinet under the Frame TV).

I love this soundbar. It’s HomeKit compatible, so I can control it with my iPhone. It connects directly to my tv and handles the audio for all my devices, so when I turn off the television (with my phone) it also turns off the soundbar and all my devices. The sound is incredible and it DOES show as Dolby Atmos on the display! I will be adding the subwoofer soon!

Great sound bar. Everything that you need in one pacakage. If you want more sound inmertion get thta subwoofer.

Use the hdmi rather than the optical connection if you want to hear the atmos when it's available from the source; with or without it you'll get sound that rivals more expensive 5.1 + soundbar systems. We had trouble syncing the sound using the hdmi to an LG OLED, but the extra time and effort cured the problem and it was worth it to keep the Sonos Arc. It will also work with other Sonos speakers.

the sound is so awesome and so easy to use for TV and music

Was wanting a more analog stereo system but Sonos changed my perspective on what sound bars pairs with a meaty sub can handle. I couldn’t be happier and the Sonos products are far superior for the price against other top competitors.

If there is anyone out there that has problems hearing voices over the music on your T.V. This is the unit to buy. It has a specific speaker centered just for voices output. My wife and I both love this unit.

Couldn’t be happier. The sound is so much clearer than the $180 unit it replaced. Bought the sub as well as a Sonos one to go in the back and movies sound like I’m in the theater. The app is really easy to use. Just make sure when setting up your account and adding devices you are on your 2.4 GHz WiFi connection as it doesn’t work with the 5.0. Can’t wait to get speakers set up on my patio next.

Highly recommend to solve so many surround sound issues. This sound bar alone will enhance voice and reflect sound in ways you only thought was possible with more speakers. It works very well switching from streaming Video to playing music from you phone.

I wasn't sure which sound bar to buy until I asked for a recommendation from a Best Buy employee. I'm glad I went with his advice. The sound is rich and full, especially with the subwoofer. I watch concerts on Youtube and now spend more time watching the TV in the garage than in my house!

The soundbar is an accurate representation of all the sources of sounds depicted on the TV screen. The Sonos Arc Soundbar is sleek and oozes quality. I would even ask, "which TV are you going to pair with your Sonos Arc Soundbar?" Im amaze that technology has produced a wireless speaker system this awesome.

The moment i plugged this bad boy in i was instantly blown away. I ran to the store to pair this up with the bass and watching movies has been incredible.
