Unfortunately, the Arc Ultra suffers from the same major issues: 1. Very frustrating setup with many false starts and do-overs. 2. Random, uncommanded volume jumps during play. I’m talking LARGE volume jumps. So I returned the Arc Ultra. It’s a shame because the sound quality is so good. If Sonos corrects the aforementioned problems I’d consider one of their products in the future, but not now.
