It by no means is a full home theater system, so you will not get that quality but it's a great alternative for smaller spaces. Once to hook it up but couldn't complete the hook up because the app wasn't loading. Second trip I thought everything was working but now I have no wifi or internet on my smart TV.

The first gen Arc lost a lot of detail in certain songs while this ones keeps all the small details in tact. It even sounds clearer for regular TV shows and movies, it’s worth every penny.

You will have to experience the difference with your own ears. I also upgraded to the the Gen 4 sub and liked it so much I added a second Gen 4 sub with a pair of 300’s for rear surrounds. I am very pleased with Sonos.
