Not sure because the sound keeps going out. Very frustrated. Im thinking of returning them.

I paid so much money because I believed the reviews of the Sonos cult - wrong - not worth the exorbitant price - the king is naked

charged me for install and it wasnt installed !!!!!!

software for use via smart phone is poor. Makes use of sonos equipment difficult and expensive.

I live in a condo and had Arc Gen 1 immersive setup in an average sized bedroom. I constantly got complaints from my neighbor and could never enjoy movies at night without using night mode. I was tired of having to constantly changing the volume during movies that I switched to the HW-Q990D. Decided to comeback to Sonos for the Ultra and boy oh boy did I miss the signature sound. The soundstage and bass has matured and balancing level issues are non existent. Dialogue is so clear and clean. I can now finally enjoy movies at night. My set-up is Arc Ultra + 2 Era 300s + Sub Mini

Just got done setting up the soundbar for a new home theater system. Pros: - setup in the app was straight forward - moved an existing sub mini from one system to the new room in a couple of clicks - super easy! - great sound quality Cons: - price is a bit high but was able to replace my old bulky towers for a cleaner look - app integration isn't super great for everything

Nice sleek design, fills the room with sound. Mount separate easy to install and doesn't take a lot of room on the wall.

Love this soundbar! Noticeable difference in performance from our prior Arc soundbar. Set up of the soundbar was easy but the challenge was resetting our other speakers in the system so that everything worked right together. Also learned the hard way that our gen 1 subwoofer doesn’t work with the new arc ultra. Still would recommend this arc soundbar!

I love this soundbar… if you can afford it and want your TV to sound awesome and or want your music to sound like your live in a concert… get this soundbar… price is a little steep and there is no remote but the sound quality is great and it’s easy to setup…

I do like the sound bar. The quality is pretty good. There’s not a lot of base so I wound up buying the mini sub and ceiling mount speakers to give it more body. It also looks great on the wall. I had to get the drop bracket so it hangs below the tv

Beautiful sound! So happy with the Sonos Ultra Arc sound bar. We had Best Buy handle the installation and set up of the entire system and they were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and did a great job!

Easy install of app and use via cell. Sound quality is superb as well as adjustments pairing and fine tuning all speakers and subs attached to system is a smooth process. Overall 10 of 10. Usually my go to is JBL but Sonos won me over in comparison.

This is the ultimate soundbar that meets all my sound needs. It creates a realistic effect with my tv shows. Especially when a car chase or action scene comes on. A helicopter is heard slowly coming from afar and then it feels like it's in the room with you.

We had some struggle's setting it up. If you do not have a newer TV you will not be able to connect. You will have to purchase an adapter but then the soundbar will not give the best output. So the best option is to buy a new TV Now the soundbar is incredible, love how easy the set up was. The sound clarity and technology is amazing. It’s sleek and looks beautiful
