    The hardware itself is fantastic. Voice enhancement allows me to finally hear dialogue clearly where I struggled before. It delivers a nice full sound and I’m totally satisfied with the bar. But, the app keeps telling me system not found and I have to keep resetting my system settings and updating my network. Getting pretty frustrating and considering returning the bar because of it.

    Superb upgrade amazing sound. Definitely worth the investment coupled with two Gen 4 Subwoofers and 2 Era 100 speakers gives a complete system

    Worst soundbar I’ve ever owned. Disconnects every day. There’s updates daily that you are forced to do or they won’t connect to anything. Overall a terrible product. Wish I could get my money back and just buy a basic set that will stay connected !! DO NOT RECOMMEND. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    Product was easy to setup. I feel it is expensive for what value it provides, especially if you add Subwoofer and the surrounds which adds another 1600 to the purchase. Sound quality is good. It may be good to sell the remote with the product

    Upgraded from the original Arc to the Arc Ultra and I have to say it was worth it. Sound quality is fantastic and fills the room perfectly!
