I had this paired with a Sonos Sub 4 and tried to like it for two weeks but just couldn’t enjoy it enough to keep and sadly wasn’t a huge enough improvement over the Sony A95L OLED built in screen speakers. I decided to go a different route and go with a pair of Devialet Phantom I 103db and use the TV optical out. Wow! Now it’s not got surround or height speakers but the front Left, Center and Right are awesome and bass is incredible. Sure I had to spend 2.5 times more than Arc and Sub combined but it’s worth it. Only edge the Sonos had over the Phantoms was the eArc HDMI connection.
