Very clear strong sound. Does very well as a soundbar for watching TV!

I bought because it sounded great, but was not told and did not know that you have to have a WiFi connection all the time to play. I had to return because I don’t have home internet.

This is my first time having a Sonos and it does not disappoint

I own several Sonos speakers including a Beam soundbar. That is a wonderful product. The Arc has some basic flaws. First of all, it took two exchanges before I had a properly working product. Geek Squad diagnosed the problem as several of the Arc internal speakers not working. According to a user group, this was common. The sound of the soundbar is tinny. Reminds me of an AM radio. Paired with Sonos music speakers, it sounded better BUT it can only have two side speakers (100 or 300 model) and a subwoofer. No separate rear speakers. In other words, no 5.1. It is also sensitive to different source sounds. It wants Dolby Atmos, anything different and the side speakers do not play correctly. Geek Squad and Best Buy were both wonderful thru the purchasing/return experience. Sonos Support is among the worst I have used. If you want to stay in the Sonos product line, buy the Beam Soundbar.

Great for movies and tv sound but not much for music.

Another piece of the Sonos puzzle. Our surround sound in our home theater room is everything we had hoped for and then.

This is pretty cool you can just talk to it it'll play music I don't have to push buttons

I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet. We are still waiting for a projector to hook it up to.

Great overall. Not much of an upgrade if you already have the first make of the arc.

Replaced a VIZIO - M-Series Elevate 5.1.2 with the Sonos Arc Ultra, surround speakers and base. What a mistake. The Vizio sound was much better and could control speakers individually. The Sonos has no way to balance the surround speakers from left to right. The software is horrible. Should have returned it.

Best purchase extremely happy with our Sonos Soundbar, if you are on the ledge, jump and purchase already!

Its been 3 weeks since i bought it. Worth the money spent. Its been a great addition to our entertainment center.

Weak bass but good mids and tweets. I had this paired with a Sonos Sub 4 and tried to like it for two weeks but just couldn’t enjoy it enough to keep and sadly wasn’t a huge enough improvement over the Sony A95L OLED built in screen speakers. I decided to go a different route and go with a pair of Devialet Phantom I 103db and use the TV optical out. Wow! Now it’s not got surround or height speakers but the front Left, Center and Right are awesome and bass is incredible. Sure I had to spend 2.5 times more than Arc and Sub combined but it’s worth it. Only edge the Sonos had over the Phantoms was the eArc HDMI connection.

I believe the best soundbar out for the money. Nothing not to like.
